“I had recently gone into this store for a vape, a new brand I've never gotten before. The lady that sold it to me was very kind and friendly wasn't her fault at all. I had gotten a faulty vape, didnt realize it until this morning, I called talked to the owner told me to come in, went in, of course it worked just fine, he STILL took my word for it and we got a new battery for it, seemed to work okay, tonight rolls around 7PM damn thing is still acting funny not hitting right, after I'd hit it, it would still act as if I was still hitting it, wasn't registering I was hitting it, and the screen wasn't turning on, but I was still getting a hit off of it. I called, went back in, of course the vape wanted to work, the lady tonight took my word, and exchanged it for a new pod! I know it's not the stores fault, it happens a lot more then we all think, but they made sure I was happy and that it was all working good. Great customer service, great employees. Even though my vape was faulty and I was irritated they made it right and they always do!!! Thank you, and sorry for being a 'karen'.”
