“Two hours into a four-hour trip with just my kids and me, we ended up with a flat. AAA sent someone who could not get the spare down from under the truck. He had to leave because the time allowed by AAA was expired. We were stranded. The nice worker at Casey's called Bock's with me because she knew they would show up even though it was Sunday.
It only took Andrew about 20 minutes to troubleshoot the problem and get us back on the road. (This whole ordeal was nearly 3 hours.) THANK YOU for coming to our rescue!”
