We were waiting on biopsy results and he called me Friday even though it was passed their business hours, he knew we were anxious to know the results. “We had a vet appointment this morning for my daisy girl. Up until this point she needed to be sedated. Dr. Zane was willing to try an exam with out sedating her. She was definitely a nervous growly pup when we came in. But Dr. Zane took the time to get her more comfortable. By the end of the appointment she was showing him her tricks. 10/10 will refer new patients their way.”

“Over the years, I have had several dogs treated by Dr Loran Jacobs. He is totally amazing and so full of knowledge! He's treated our Borzoi with wobblers, our other Borzoi after a spinal stroke, and most recently, my Irish Wolfhound, who has an undiagnosed neuropathy issue. I highly recommend him and I never hesitate to drive the hour it takes me to bring my dogs to him. His receptionist, Jennifer, is also a gem! She always go above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service! I'm so grateful for Interlaken Centre!”
