Easy and secure access. Outdoor parking is great for RV or trailer storage and their lots are plowed for year round access if needed.

Prices have gone up 50% in 10 years. Snow plow Operator pushes the snowfall into Our unit baydoor each and every time it snows. Instead of turning the plow blade away from the unit doors like a professional snow remover know to do. Leave a snow shovel in your unit. Heavy rains will cause water migration under door and water will seep into unit. Causing high humidity and mold. Be sure and use totes. Do not store photos or film/slides, or delicate instruments or anything valuable that is susceptible to damage from high humidity or mildew.
Mud and paper wasps are colonized in these units. Bee ready to dodge stinging insects when you first open your unit door. Mice Control falls upon the individual renter to control. All dirt drive and if dust is an issue for you, don't rent here. Dust accumulates on everything
you store here. Have gotten a few late payment notifications over the years. Each time Our payment was littlerally sitting on the rental office desk, still unopened. They just hadn't processed the day's mail prior to sending out the nastygrams. Autopayment is not an option for monthly payments. Location is very convenient and never had any Security issues or break ins . Entry gate has worked almost every time. This is above average for keycode gates so we can't complain about that.
We will be looking to Surrender Our unit within the next 60 days with this latest rate hike.
