“Best Point is Amazing!! Great family ran business and Friendly personalities! I have been camping here for almost 33 years!Rooms: We have stayed in a cabin for the last 5 years and they are great! No hot water but you do have a stove with a tea pot to warm ur water up! Love it! There is a shared bath house with 2 stalls and 2 showers that the entire camp ground shares.Nearby activities: They have pontoons and other little fishing boats you can rent. There is a basketball court behind the lodge and a fish house by the bath house to clean your catch off the day!Safety: Quiet, friendly, safe camp ground!Walkability: They are Not that far from town and you can even pull up to a public dock with your boat and walk a couple blocks to the grocery store or downtown resturants/bars. We love the shake shacks ice cream!Food & drinks: The main lodge has frozen pizzas that they will make for you and they have all kinds of drinks and goodies to grab on the go! We love to choose from their schwans ice cream list! They do have bags of ice that you can buy for your coolers also.Noteworthy details: Jerry, Luke, Amy, Gavin, and Karen are the nicest people you will ever meet! It's always nice to have them around the campground to visit and hang out with!”

“Reserved the larger upstairs room with the private deck for a family gathering. Our party of 16 all had plenty of space to mingle and the long kitchen table was perfect for all the food. Lots of kitchen counter space for food prep and plug ins for the crock pots.
Ceiling fans, oversized sectional couch, comfy beds, large restroom, central air and different seating areas made this the perfect place for us.
Rented their pontoon for 4 hours, priced fairly, clean, gassed up and they supplied the life jackets!
Enjoyed being so close to the water and the water feature added to the ambiance. Early morning views from the deck are second to none.
Great bird watching... feeders galore, we saw a number of different types.
Clean up duties were light and easy to follow.. towels, trash, turn off lights.
Brunch was right in town at Cool Wave coffee.. waffles, chicken salad, lattes, monte cristo and cinnamon rolls the size of your head!
Exceeded expectations, would happily stay here again. It's hard to please 16 people at once but everyone agreed it was a great place!”
