We paid throw mail instead of direct withdrawals and every month they would put a lock on our unit for 2 weeks saying they never received payment even when we made sure to mail the money order in by the 20th of every month for the following month. Then when we emptied our unit on the as we longer needed it the next day they showed up put a lock on it before we could double check to make sure nothing left behind, and when we called on the next busy day they stated that we didnt call before removing anything from the unit ( as if once putting our stuff in the unit you couldnt take it out without permission from them) so we forfeit the months payment and deposit as well as anything left behind. We removed some of our things in the unit on the 3rd of the month and still had the rest of the month per our lease/ rental agreement. These women only wanted more money and to sell our stuff from under us. Plus when we looked at the things we did get out of there we found mice / rats had been living in our boxes and furniture we stored . We not recommend and even if you have to find another a bit farther away its worth it! They will try to steal your money and your stuff. Be careful!
