I’ve never seen such terrible delivery service till today ! The mailman lied & said nobody was home & said he couldn’t deliver our Amazon packages! Lies !!! Now today it says WE REQUESTED TO HAVE ALL OUR AMAZON PACKAGES BE HELD ! Wow !! This post office is incapable of doing their jobs ! And they don’t have a phone to call them ? Or nobody answers ?! Close up this post office! Worthless

Getting the USPS to simply forward mail these days is like pulling teeth, or pulling your hair out: we have been waiting 3 months for this great feat, and "the system" continues to cancel the forward, no matter how many assurances we get that "this time is different". same thing happened 3 years ago when we moved. It is exasperating and requires like 20 visits or phone calls. At least the workers Jose and Clyde are sympathetic and helpful. Sheila however is rude, pretends it's the customer's fault, refuses to remember that this is an ongoing problem, and then denies service when you express warranted frustration. She literally just told me to call back days from now and talk to Jose, refused to help me with "my attitude", then hung up. I've witnessed her treat an elderly man with similar contempt in the lobby (on one of my trips to try to solve this thing), when he came in with a similar complaint of mail not being forwarded, she said with anger "why do you assume it's our fault?" Uh, lady because you guys continue to screw basic things up like mail forwarding? If you see her behind the counter, I recommend driving to the next post office down the road and save yourself the drama.

Has been very helpful and friendly. However, today, (1-9-24), two of us were in the lobby, wondering why at 1:40 pm no one was around.

Waubun post office is always helping me out and I have called to coordinate mailing boxes and stamps left at our address saving me a trip into town. Go USA postal ❤️!

Postmaster is very friendly and helpful. Limited window hours are set by postmaster general, not local postmaster.
