“YOU WILL BE PLEASED!!!! The owner didn’t name his business O.C.Detail for nothing! Not a crumb, not a speck of glitter left in my SUV after Chris and his team finished with my vehicle. I have heated and cooled leather seats, therefore I have these little holes in the leather and debris had built up in the holes. This was bothering me and I totally forgot to ask Chris to make sure to get this. Did I even have to ask, when I picked up my )vehicle it was if it was brand spanking new!!!Thank you!!!!”

After my wife was rear ended on 94 they set proper expectations after estimate with current Mazda parts shortages and worked with adjuster to ensure the right parts came in. It took over a month, but Joe/Kelsey even offered to pay for the extended rental because of delay. Hopefully they didn’t have to and insurance would step in but still..Great service and they made time even when they didn’t have time to answer calls. “I always go to this maaco when I need a paint job. Andy is a great guy. He painted my black town car and my wifes white ford focus. I cant say ive had a better experience. After 4 years the paint is still holding up. There are a few rusted out areas but thats not Andys fault. If you want a trusted maaco this is the place. Only wish he would paint boats and aircraft. My cessna 150 needs a paint job pretty badly.”

“I've been wanting to get my car spring cleaned and finally took it this shop today. First off, love the fact that it's close by and I don't have to drive to other cities to get my car washed! Secondly, I went around 4pm and only had two cars before me, plus a worker came to each car to see what we wanted to get done and recommended what to get. I even had the guy suggested a more cost effective option to what I was going for. Thirdly, payment was made inside and there was a little area where you wait for your car to be cleaned. The whole thing took about 15mins I'd say. They worked in groups and had my car shining on the outside and clean on the inside. I got the basic, with all floor mats and vacuum trunk and floors -- all under $30 thanks to the guy's suggestion. I'll definitely go again and add anti rust and rim/tire shine next time, I can now open my door fully without worrying about how messy my floors look :)”

“Wish I lived closer to this car wash! I get my car washed maybe once a year just to wash the winter off of it. I happened to be driving by this place and decided to stop in. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I got the second cheapest car wash and it still was great. They have monthly memberships available if you're someone who frequently washes their car for $30 or $40 depending on which level you want. This gives you unlimited car washes for the month. I didn't stop to use the free vacuums or check out other services, but I hope to return some day!”

“This is the best car wash around and right here in Eden Prairie. I got a new vehicle and am very motivated to keep it clean as I drove my last SUV for 20 years. Cloud 9 offers three levels of service and I get the gold. You can also buy 5 and get one free for whichever level you choose. The staff are professional and fast, but they are very thorough! I come here often and my car leaves incredibly clean. You can add a tip for staff in a couple of different boxes. My grandson LOVES the massage chairs in the lobby. As do I!”
