“Yesterday, as I was pulling into Clifton E. French Regional Park, my van had a significant amount of smoke coming out from under the hood. I was with my three kids and I'm 7 months pregnant so I called my dad who lives near by. My dad helped me figure out there was a pinhole leak on the t inlet outlet heater core and it was leaking coolant. I live in Chanhassen and I was worried about towing it and getting it fixed on a Friday. Plymouth VIP Auto was able to be there within 20 minutes to tow my van into their shop and had it fixed within an hour. I really appreciated their customer service and quick turn around time. I even got a code for a free car wash! I would definitely recommend this business.”

“Got the works+ package, my sunroof was still dirty and the dryer cloth spinners didnt work at the end they kinda just tapped the side of the car and then raised back up but otherwise it was okay. Probably wouldnt pay the 21 for works+ again though if my car with still have dirt in some areas.”

“It's very much tucked away in a miniature warehouse district and the entrance is a little confusing at first. The only way to enter this carwash is to turn into the driveway on the building's west side. The other driveway that is much closer to the building on the east side does not go through to the carwash. That being said, it looks old and kinda raggedy but it's a carwash and people shouldn't expect much from it other than soap being filled and machines working properly and efficiently which they score an A+ in both categories. I've never had an issue with equipment and I've never had trouble getting quarters from the machine and lastly, soap has never run out on me. Been a customer for 3 years now.”

“I've been going to this Crew Carwash location for over a year now. The staff are extremely kind, and the washes are great! I'd recommend signing up for one of the monthly memberships to get the most bang for your buck. We take our vehicle through here at least twice a week and sometimes more during the winter. We're happy with our purchase!”

“Exactly what you’d need/expect from a manual car wash. It’s 20 minutes out of the way for me but worth it to get a solid clean. Vacuums are meh but fine, and says open 24 hours but occasionally I’ve been by and they’ll be closed randomly which is inconvenient.”

“I've been wanting to get my car spring cleaned and finally took it this shop today. First off, love the fact that it's close by and I don't have to drive to other cities to get my car washed! Secondly, I went around 4pm and only had two cars before me, plus a worker came to each car to see what we wanted to get done and recommended what to get. I even had the guy suggested a more cost effective option to what I was going for. Thirdly, payment was made inside and there was a little area where you wait for your car to be cleaned. The whole thing took about 15mins I'd say. They worked in groups and had my car shining on the outside and clean on the inside. I got the basic, with all floor mats and vacuum trunk and floors -- all under $30 thanks to the guy's suggestion. I'll definitely go again and add anti rust and rim/tire shine next time, I can now open my door fully without worrying about how messy my floors look :)”

“I had 2 license plate screws break off the back and needed to get my license plate on. After weeks of it taped in the back window, on a whim I stopped at this BP and talked with Todd (owner/manager?). He said, "do you want me to just take care of it now?". Sure!! 4 minutes and 6 dollars later, my plate is on and perfect!! He just went right next to the old holes, and drilled new ones.”

“Wonderful experience here. Interior package and was blown away. Looks brand new. Removed stains from the passenger seat and carpets look store bought. They even came back after hours so I could get my car ( i did not ask for that ). Highly recommend.Side note: car wash open till 5 or 6. Detailing only till 3. Reserve appointments online for detail work.”

“Wish I lived closer to this car wash! I get my car washed maybe once a year just to wash the winter off of it. I happened to be driving by this place and decided to stop in. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I got the second cheapest car wash and it still was great. They have monthly memberships available if you're someone who frequently washes their car for $30 or $40 depending on which level you want. This gives you unlimited car washes for the month. I didn't stop to use the free vacuums or check out other services, but I hope to return some day!”

“This is the best car wash around and right here in Eden Prairie. I got a new vehicle and am very motivated to keep it clean as I drove my last SUV for 20 years. Cloud 9 offers three levels of service and I get the gold. You can also buy 5 and get one free for whichever level you choose. The staff are professional and fast, but they are very thorough! I come here often and my car leaves incredibly clean. You can add a tip for staff in a couple of different boxes. My grandson LOVES the massage chairs in the lobby. As do I!”

“Each token is $1 and it costs 4 tokens to get the system going. If you’re quick, you can wash and rinse and wax all in one go. I don’t recommend using their scrub brushes, useful, but good way to scratch your paint. Awesome spot. Glad it’s around!”

“I like this place since this is the only place in town that has automatic touch less car washing system. The only issue I have is that the blowers at the end of the cycle are not very effective. I do see that they have updated the blowers , but it still doesn’t help.Perhaps more of the water that evaporates after cleaning the car could be a good option.I also see that there are water stains left after the car is washed, I have a black car. I amNot sure what the solution is, but wanted to share my feedback.In all, this has been my go to place for all my cars for touchless washing . The blower is the reason of given it a one less star.”
