Kirk and Ashley are absolutely amazing- if you need affordable body repair without sacrificing quality of work look no further. They do guarantee anything and everything they repair, -also, if a minor issue ever were to arise they handle it immediately-This shop does A++ work and I highly recommend.

My wife and I own a QX80 Infinity only a few years old was hit x 2 the whole driver's side door close to $13.000 damage when we picked her up she looked like it was brand new on a showroom floor . The main gentleman you know who you are really went to bat for us. Been fighting my past insurance company " KEMPER INS. please I switch and leave them fought them over a year to repair a vehicle that l couldn't be driven . Well the manager of the body shop delt with the insurance company right away withing 5 days they received there check . Yet they did things above and beyond the best staff , body shop manager certified Infinity auto body repair shop . I'm there deserve 10 stars . Thank you Autoworks of Wayzata , MN. Your the best auto body repair shop in the state of MN. .......

Car has been in the shop for 1.5 months now and I keep getting told next week they will have it ready to go. For 3 weeks now, and then it was just pushed back another week after I was told this Thursday or Friday. Clearly not a priority. Very frustrating that they keep changing the timeline instead of just giving a realistic time. Gives no chance to plan for different means of transportation when you keep getting told you will have your vehicle back.Edit: Went from 2 - 1 stars as they missed scratches on my hood and it is now taking even longer.

Autoworks Collision of Wayzata is awesome!! A man tried to attack me and shattered my driver's side window and kicked in my driver's side door on my 2020 Nissan Rogue. It was a terrifying experience, but everyone at Autoworks was so kind and professional. They kept me informed, worked with my insurance company directly and my car was ready within one week. Very very happy with my experience with Autoworks of Wayzata. The "shark fin" on the top of my SUV lost a battle with our garage door and was snapped off. Took it in and they gave me two estimates. One with Paintless Dent Removal(PDR) and one with with filler and paint. Was told they would try to do the PDR if at all possible cause it was cheaper. They not only were able to do the PDR but the part that needed to be replaced was cheaper then they were originally told. They were able to get me in and out the same day. Impressive. 10/21/20Kirk, Ashely, and Jessie are AWESOME! Bring your car to them and be treated in royalty. After the storm they were the "SHINING LIGHT" at the end of the storm. Customer Service, "FANTASTIC"! Kirk leadership is truly caring, understanding, and focus on providing A1 work and it shows even in his crew! I TRULY APPRECIATE HIM and his TEAM. For 2 months Kirk has been working with me, to make sure every step of my car was done right and to my satisfaction! Someone hit my new BMW with a golf cart and banged up the bumper pretty bad. I took the car in for the quote, they were extremely professional. Called me with updates regarding the vehicle and had all the repairs done in 4 days. My car looks brand new again. I am very detail oriented and they did not disappoint!! I would highly recommend Autoworks Collision of Wayzata!
