Really unpleasant banker, I was sending my family abroad some money for Christmas / birthday gifts and was made to feel like a criminal smuggling money out the country. I understand there needs to be security questions however speaking to someone as if in an interrogation, is un-called for.

I have recently had a fraud situation with my account, and the team in Wayzata have gone above and beyond to help me fix the situation. They have handled this with kindness, integrity, and with the utmost seriousness and dedication in resolving the issue. Joshua, the manager, has personally taken over and made it his duty to see it through. Thank you so much for making me feel human in such a vulnerable and scary time! You are amazing!
