This place is terrible. Bad customer service, cheap products. The only way they stay in business is from the rent they collect in the building they own.

You can tell a lot about someone by how they treat people in the customer service industry. I recently returned to Minnesota and went to my local home goods today and saw a display of verbal assaults on the cashiers and staff. Not sure if it’s the owner or employee of this establishment but just beforehand she let us know she worked here.. I hope they read this and understand how rude and unkind they were and how karma will come around. I’d stay away from any business affiliated with behavior like that.

I saw the yellow garage sale-style 'Chazin Interiors Warehouse Sale' signs posted for the past few days and today, Sunday, was finally able to make my way to the sale, which was a little tough because the signs disappeared at the entrance to the warehouse area. But I finally found the location. Sign on door said Closed Sundays. 😣. Thanks for a waste of time and gas. I will change my review if either the signs change to read Mon-Sat or if someone takes the signs down on Sundays.

I love this place. It always feels like a dream when I walk in, love to look around. I also appreciated being able to finance the couch I bought a few years ago when moving into a new place. Thanks to Steffany!

I had a wonderful experience with Chazin Interiors. They had amazing customer service. I have a gorgeous new dining room table that is very high quality. It looks amazing in my dining room. I loved working with the owner. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews but this place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner talked to me in the rudest way possible. She then told me she's a Trump voter and I must be liberal. Weird to say the least. STAY AWAY. They lie, aren't professional and the list goes on.....

They had signs all over town leading to a “warehouse sale” that had been over for a week. Very inconsiderate as there were other cars there who had also wasted their time and followed the signs for no reason. I wouldn’t use them for design service after they wasted part of my Saturday.

I moved here from Michigan and needed a couch.I read the reviews at Chazin and was excited to see my options.When I arrived at Chazin I barely got in the door and I encountered an older lady with red hair and glasses screaming so loud at someone that you could here her outside.I made the MISTAKE of going in.I saw this same lady throwing things while continuing to scream fowl language.I left abruptly never to go back. Save your time,stay safe and stay away!

Steffany has staged 2 of our properties. A complete 3BR condo and the main floor of our primary home. Each time she adjusted her calendar to make it work and went far beyond my expectations. Last night she left after 7pm on a Friday, the day before the home went on the market. She even made it work when the photographer showed up at 2:30, a couple hours ahead of schedule. She works hard is really very very good at interior design and staging. Well done Steffany. Thank you.

As an Interior Designer I have worked with Chadzin Interiors for many years.Recently I was working on a project and found the exact pieces I was looking for. As fate would have it, at the very last minute an issue came up that would have impacted a major part of the design. I spoke with Stephane and told her about the issue. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Not only did she rectify the issue, including calling me at 7:30 on a Saturday night to tell me “all was well” but she made sure that my pieces were delivered two days later on time!This is what customer service is about and sorely lacking these days.I really don’t know what I would have done, at that point, had it not been for her relentless work to help me.To sum up, great store, great products, and again, GREAT SERVICE!!!
