Highcroft has an amazing Niche fragrance collection and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this business if you have an interest in fragrances. The owner has scent notes listed for all the fragrances so it is very easy to explore new lines and find things that you like. I was encouraged to try many products and I felt welcomed by the owner who was wonderful to deal with and pleasant. I recommended stopping by the store!

I went in after work today, and had such a wonderful shopping experience. Emma was so knowledgeable of all the amazing niche perfume lines they carried, and I had such a wonderful conversation with her!This is the best place for fragrance in Minnesota by landslide.I left with two new olfactory masterpieces! I will certainly be back ☺️

So I’m just a guy who’s wife was really frustrated with the bath towels she was finding at department stores and online. I dropped in Highcroft so see what they had for options. Their staff is AMAZING - knowledgeable and talented with high quality product lines. Over 60 colors available! I brought my bride in and a few color options picked in about 20 minutes. Brought samples home and favorites selected 24 hours. About a week later new bath towels and you know what they say ‘Happy wife, happy life.’

The staff were very friendly and returned my call promptly. I wish I could remember who helped me over the phone, she held onto an item for me and even gift wrapped it! Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff in this cute shop. Many interesting things for a small shop. The big draw for this store would be the custom ordering of linens. I never knew towels could be order in so many different colors. They can order all sorts of high quality linens.

Nice stuff, can be pricey if you are used to department store prices.
