“Lynn and Cindy were absolutely wonderful in every way. From the beginning they were clear about the process and possible outcomes. They made selections for our options that were varied but right in line with what we asked for. And their confidence in the work they do and and the people they have delivering the remodel was validated in the final product. We even had a surprise addition to the kitchen project we started with: the downstairs bathroom had a major water leak and had to be remodeled as well. And they just took it on with ease.
Every phase of the build was on time and within the timeframe. At the very end there were some holdups with the last little touches on our punch list, but Brett, (who did 99% of the construction single handedly), took care of everything as promised. They really a phenomenal job, and everything is just the way we wanted it. Very highly recommended. Thanks very much all!”
“We had Paul do the tiling for our 3/4 bathroom. He basically did a complete shower build as well as flooring and trim tile. Paul did a beautiful job, often working late nights and weekend days to finish on time. He even fixed our sink, a broken window, and a few other repairs that he was under no obligation to fix; and he did it without us even asking. He even got rid of the old shower that we ripped out and cleaned up our garage even cleaner than how it was when he started. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, he is the most hard working person I have met. Very kind, generous, local guy and all for a very fair price. Paul is Ukrainian and still has family he supports back in Ukraine. He is very responsive anytime I texted or called him. He explains everything he does and why and I trust that the project was done right without any shortcuts. “We have used Boyer Building for a number of projects at two different houses and have been extremely pleased with the results. From the beginning of the various projects, they listened to our thoughts with the intent to understand. In some projects we had definite ideas on what we wanted; on other projects, we knew generally what we wanted but looked to them for guidance. Their professionalism from the planning stage through to the completion of the project is second to none. Boyer assigns a manager to each project who guides the work from start to finish: communicate the schedule of various construction personnel, timeline for delivery of material, and provide a single point of contact for the homeowner. When an issue arises, they work together as a team to resolve it; they are true problem-solvers. The cost is communicated clearly before any work is done, and change orders are transparent. The Boyer employees and subcontractors are good 'house guests' as well: they show up on time, clean up their work area, and their talk is appropriate around family.

I was looking for a rare brick for my '57 all brick and stone rambler. Dan, my sales rep, is so nice and resourceful. He knew exactly what brick my house was and located a sample for me to compare. Pricing was provided within 24 hrs and contractors get a discounted rate. Hopefully all works out and I can update my review.
