They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”
“want a reason to get outside of minneapolis here it is. though its a small shop its got plenty of items inside worth your time to stop in. lots of basic menswear that would easily work for women as well. plus some fun and interesting home goods. also hand made leather belts by the owner. i dont know if you could ask much more from a shop in minnesota. next time you need some new clothes take the few extra mins to find this shop it will be totally worth it. what it might not have in quantity compared to malls or other big box stores it will make up in quality easily. give it a shot and you wont be disappointed.”
“Let me tell you about my story of exceptional service. I’ve always enjoyed a good Hammer Made shirt but Gerry from the Ridgedale Store took service to another level. I bought a few new shirts for an upcoming Vegas weekend and one of the shirts I wanted was in the warehouse. He suggested shipping it out and I shared I was taking a flight the next morning.This is where he blew my mind!!He asked me if he could drop it off later that night.I asked confused, “To the Store?” “No”, he said, “I’ll just drop it off at your house on my way home tonight”.Well he did just that. “My husband needs big & tall sizes, and this is one of the only places that carries his size. They carry name brands and their own label for basic polos, T-shirts, etc. Also a nice selection in their suits and friendly staff to help. I only wish their prices were a little lower.”

“This place has the best finds. I always manage to find such unique pretty heels for my dresses. I go to shop now every weekend. In fact I got 4 different styles of heels on one day. They are also well priced which is why i love it. The shirts/blouse section always takes my breath away. ?10/10 will go…always?”

“I love the vibes and super nice employees. However, I would like to address an issue regarding one of their products, and that would be their Crystal Infused Soy Wax Candles. I love the smell and the colorful crystals, but I am not happy with it only having one wick. It doesn't last long, which makes the whole thing going to waste because there is so much wax left behind. I really think that a huge candle like that should have 3 wicks.If there is someone that associated with this company reading this review, I (and probably others who love this candle as well!) would appreciate it if this would be taken into consideration, because these kind of products are expensive and I hate to see other people's money go down the drain after just a couple of weeks.”

“Great experience here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is the worst. It's best you park away from the establishment so you don't have to spend 30 mins doing the waltz with other cars. Location is quite big, spacious in every dedicated area. There's variety of product here. I'll be back to see what else they have.”

“If you need dressier Men's Wear, this is a great place to go. Judd really knows his stuff and can make anyone look great. Surprisingly large selection for a smaller store (very non-prententious). Expert tailoring services on-site. Great spot for very nice dress shirts. While not cheap, it is fairly for high-end Men's Wear. Fast turnaround on tailoring. Long established business with a great owner who goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. In my opinion much better than local Department Stores or Men's clothing chains.”
