He is highly knowledgeable, personable, and naturally adapts to whoever is in his chair. What impressed me most was his floor awareness; even with a busy store, he balanced giving me undivided attention with keeping the rest of the floor moving smoothly. Coming from a retail leadership background myself at Verizon, I know excellent multitasking and execution when I see it, and Hunter absolutely rocked it. Make sure to ask for him next time you're in—assuming he’s not off the clock studying for his law degree!”

“Preenar went out of her way during the entire time we were shopping there at the store that day. She answered all of our questions and went on Beyond to assist us even further beyond our questions to help us out even more. After this, we were stuck in line as there was only one person doing checkouts with a big line. Preenar then took initiative to see that she was needed at the registers and started checking people out where she eventually checked us out as well. “Always wanted to get one of the shirts but was hesitant based on the high price. Was at the Dayton's market today and my mother bought me one as a Xmas gift. I can assure you the shirt is very well made and worth the high price, both in terms of material quality and attention to detail.

“What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”

“Wednesday, June 4th I went in with my best friend to see if I could return a defective roll on glitter or do an exchange. It was my fault because I didn’t have my receipt but two workers were so helpful! They were so kind to still take the item and to exchange it and made sure I got a new one that actually worked! “I went in with the intention of just getting my measurements and curious of what was on the market. Ended up spending an hour with Judd, and his team learning about the market, the does and do nots, and having amazing conversations with them. They listened, were nothing less of professional, and ended up getting two outfits.
The atmosphere is almost like going into a barbershop in terms of storytelling, a sense of belonging, and having fun. Laughter led to trust, and leaving the place made me feel like I just hung out with my friends. This place is TOP, and I mean Mount Everest Top Notch. Judd, and his team are second to no one.”
