The Pottery class I signed up for said it was for all skill levels. You could try Raku, Soda Firing, and both gas and electric. Wrong. As a beginner I was totally lost. It is not a structured class teaching pottery, it is a pottery club for experienced people with a staff facilitator. There was no Raku or Soda, I didn't know how to use the equipment or glazes (which cost extra) and struggled just to get help on the basics. It was a total waste of my time and money.

So many beautiful pieces. Such talented artists/students. Not crowded was a big plusBrought 2 friends who were unaware of this awesome place.

Whenever you book a class, they cancel it. It happens all the time. And their response is, Oh well...

I took the introductory to ceramics course and I enjoyed it. This facility is well funded and it shows. Lots of passionate people working on what they love.

Everyone I've met here has been very nice and welcoming. I've just started a pottery class and I am really enjoying the vibe of the studio. I appreciate cleanliness and order.

This is a wonderful art center but requiring COVID19 vaccinations for 6 year old students is unethical and has just gone too far (this is coming from someone who IS fully vaccinated against COVID19). The kids are all masked during classes and the required vaccine has not even received full approval from the FDA for this age range. To my knowledge there has not been any mass COVID19 spread at these masked art classes before this mandate so this is just incredibly over the top and is a barrier for many of our youngest artists to have access to classes.

Wonderful artist colony where you can take classes, watch others, and visit gift store. Also, a good place for a meal.
