This is the WORSE bank ever. I have an LLC with them and they are constantly screwing up my transitions. I rarely have to do business with them but when I do, it is guaranteed they will screw it up. I just dealt with their dept that works with international transactions and the woman on the line said they don't see whether the currency is in US dollars or a different currency. I was dealing with Mexican dollars and she said "all it says is dollars- I don't know what currency". REALLY?! WOW. YOU ARE A BANKING INSTITUTION IN THE INTERNATIONAL SECURE AND YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO WHETHER A TRANSACTION IS IN US OR FOREIGN CURRENCY?? The insane part of it is that they act like I am the one with the problem. They will randomly freeze your card as well. RUN--- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will regret it.

Thank goodness they're open on Saturday. There was no line when I went.

My husband and I both have our business accounts with Old National and bank at the Wayzata location. We consistently receive the most friendly service. Most employees know us by name and make us feel like valued customers. I notice that this is commonplace there as they seem to know most people walking into the lobby as well as at the driveup. This type of service and recognition is rare and has even saved us from a fraud attempt for a large amount of money, Thanks so much to Hope, Greg, Cindy Amrita and anyone that We might be missing. What a great group!Best, Robin Staloch and Michael Stewart

I started banking with Anchor Bank in Wayzata 20 years ago, I never had any issue with my account. If I had a question there was always a very friendly staff member to help. After Old National purchased them it has been a joke of a bank. I deposited a 30k check there, twelve business days later l had to deal with a manager to get the money in my account. They said it was because I normally don't deposit checks of this size there, I wonder why I don't. Before you work with them look into all their new fees. On a positive note my last internal banking system mess they had with my account the branch manager at the Plymouth location did everything she could to solve their problem. There's better banks

Anchor Bank was AMAZING! Old National Bank is just horrible, while most of the employees are the same they are not given the latitude to do anything and the new policies and procedures are far from customer friendly. I will be finding a new bank!

Was on my way to a funeral and stopped by Walgreens in Wayzata for a couple of things. Was giving $100 to the pastor and had the card and 5 $20 bills. Saw this bank was next door and thought a $100 bill would be nice. Walked into the bank. Was the only one in there. 3 people were behind the counter. 2 sitting on chairs drinking coffee. Nicely asked to exchange the 20's for a $100 bill. One asked if I was a customer. I said no and was told they couldn't help me. I said are you serious and was told again they couldn't help me. I work in the service industry. Couldn't believe that this was the response. Went across the street to TCF and was helped without hesitation. If I could give negative stars I would!

Used to do my banking with the former Anchor Bank. Never had an issue. After the merger with Old National, we've had nothing but trouble. Online bill payments scheduled but not made - VERY problematic. Two debit cards sent to me - one with my middle initial, one with my full middle name. I used to be the Treasurer for a non-profit trade organization; transferred everything to the incoming treasurer. 4 years later, realize they never took me off as an authorized signer - could have drained their account at will! I could go on, but you get the gist - Old National is weak administratively, has disengaged customer service and s weak online banking system. Pretty much a failure as a banking institution.
