Patrick Mohs Jewelry was recommended to me by a friend. I am beyond grateful for this recommendation. Patrick and Mary Kay were so kind, thoughtful and creative as we worked together to design a ring for my 40th birthday. What we ended up with surpassed my expectations. I felt like they truly cared about this project and collaboration. I cannot stop looking at the ring. I cannot recommend Patrick Mohs Jewelry fast enough.

First time visiting Patrick Mohs Jewelry in Wayzata for ring resizing and could not have asked for a better experience! Turnaround time was super quick and prices were more than fair based on the high quality of work. The showroom has individual pieces for sale or you can work with Patrick and Mary Kay and design your own piece. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local jeweler!

I came to Patrick at the recommendation of a friend after the diamond came off my engagement ring. He was thorough in explaining how he could fix it and when price checking the area far more knowledgeable and reasonable.
My ring looks brand new and is structurally far more sound than when it was made 12 years ago. Highly recommend.

What an awesome experience! Patrick and his wife sat down with me and the jewelry I brought in to figure out how I would get the most wear out of them. I thought I would need a chain and a gold ring setting but turns out a chain and a new clasp on one piece was all I needed. I will definitely be a return customer!

We tried a number of jewelers around the twin cities when shopping for a custom engagement ring before we were recommended to Patrick Mohs -- and we're beyond thankful we found them. Every other jeweler came with some kind of catch and left us feeling slightly unsure / uneasy... they would tell us that they would try their best with the design, but we would have to pay beforehand for CAD drawings, or they could not tell us exactly how the design would look / if they would be able to execute perfectly... and so on. We spoke on the phone with Patrick once and sent him a photo over text similar to what we wanted. Then, at our first in-person meeting with Patrick and Mary Kay, not only did they come prepared with multiple CAD designs, they actually 3D plastic printed multiple models / variations of our ring. They absolutely went above and beyond as we didn't even ask them to do this prior to meeting with them, nor did we know they had these capabilities. They had multiple physical replica rings printed in plastic to show us what the ring would look like with some minor tweaks-- and it wasn't pushy or sales-y at all (on top of this, they also pulled up the CAD design to show us possibilities of tweaking even further, which we did not need based what they had printed). Not once did they attempt to steer us one direction or another -- Patrick is simply fascinated with the industry he is in and tries to share his knowledge on why a slight tweak can change the appearance of your ring. From the start, their customer service was unmatched, and they were the only ones who truly understood the design we wanted. Patrick also custom forges the actual band himself that they set the diamond in. Having CAD designs, 3D-Printing, and Forging all being done in-house is extremely rare to find in a jeweler, and it doesn't leave any room for miscommunication that happens when other jewelers outsource to third parties (and it creates endless customization options). On top of that, Patrick & Mary Kay are both extremely honest, kind, smart, and trustworthy people. We could not regard them higher or recommend them enough for any jewelry, but if you are looking for a custom design, you absolutely MUST go to Patrick & Mary Kay. They simply understand jewelry better than anyone else we met around the Twin Cities and are able to offer ideas that you would not find elsewhere. They made our dream engagement ring (and now also our dream wedding bands). Don't go to anyone else for jewelry :) We know we never will

I am a client for life. Patrick and Mary Kay are so talented, gracious, humble, enjoyable, thorough, professional, happy, passionate. I could go on and on. We enlisted their help to make a custom engagement ring with stones that we already owned. They worked with us through design, CAD renderings, and 3D-printed versions of the ring where they could drop in our actual stones and I could try on the plastic version of the ring, all throughout the design process. I had a strong idea of what I wanted and the 3D-printed ring was incredibly helpful to feel confident that we were on the right track. I was blown away by the final product - better than I could have ever imagined, an heirloom piece. I have never felt so taken care of. I adore these two and will direct all of my friends to work with them. I can't wait for my next jewelry project.

The team is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable; and made the process exciting and unique with their offerings.
