Great, Quality clothing. I often shop for my mother here. Rude service however.
I walked in with jeans & a tee shirt on and received a full body once over by one of the associate… not even an inkling of a smile. She acted like I was putting her out, even though I was the only Patrin in the store at the time. Disappointing.

I went into this location with a friend, she shops there on occasion and this was my first visit. I was astounded by the horrible customer service we were given. There was one other customer in the store, and two salespeople working. Neither one of them was helpful, inviting or friendly. They proceeded to whisper between themselves as we were shopping and never offered assistance, it was as if we were intruding on their space. Walking into a store and feeling so unwelcome is not where I want to spend my money. I will not patronize this store In the future. Please do better, hospitality is so important and treating people like we were treated is completely unacceptable.

Talbots varies by location, some are more helpful and friendly than others. I prefer the Wayzata MN location because of the service. Their products also vary with fabrics becoming thinner. I was looking for a white blouse and their $80 perfect shirt was see through. I did not purchase.
