Had to return an item back to Amazon and they utilize the UPS store as one of their vendors who accept returns. Prompt and professional service which is something a person cannot get at a FedEx office at any Twin Cities location.

This is the best UPS location!! I’ve been to several but I got out of my way to go to this one. Every single person who works there is so kind, patient and friendly. Service is always prompt but I don’t feel rushed when they’re helping me. Thanks for the great service!

Please help me understand why UPS won’t ship boxes that aren’t plain brown cardboard. I visited this UPS store today trying to ship an item using a shoe box. I was told UPS drivers won’t accept the box because it was a retail box. What’s ironic is I received the box by delivery in exactly the same form. Why is UPS so restrictive? As a result I have to use a competitor for shipping. It seems like an unnecessary barrier for customers wanting to use your services.

Have purchased online auction items and items were shipped by UPS Store Wayzetta #3796. They were extremely helpful, economical and great packaging. I dealt with Ritesh N. both times and will continue to do business with them, they are great.
