“I recently bought my Audi from this dealership and overall had a really good experience. The staff there were helpful, friendly, and easy to work with, and I’m really happy with my car. The only thing that could’ve been better was the call communication when I needed to bring it in for some repair (being promised a call back but never got one especially when it was urgent scheduling the fix considering I lived 3 hours away). But everything ended up getting taken care of and worked out fine in the end. I’d still recommend them, especially for anyone looking for a smooth buying process and a solid car. Overall satisfied.”

“A huge shout out to this company and their staff! I was shopping for a vehicle to replace my daughter‘s car and had a fairly tight budget. I spent countless hours traveling all over the Twin Cities area to a variety of small car dealerships and had the “it’s so bad it’s funny” experience over and over, it was exhausting! Midwest Auto Sales is hands above the rest. The photos and details they share about their cars online are detailed and accurate, no surprises when I went to see the vehicles in person. Jared was our sales person, he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. We also got chatting with Rick who does all the car buying and he had years of experience under his belt and was eager to share information with us as well, he seemed to genuinely love his job. There was another gentleman, I cannot remember his name, however, he works on a lot of detailing and small repairs of the vehicles… he gave us some great tips about the car we were buying, so appreciative! I can’t recommend this business enough if you are looking for a gently used car!”

I highly recommend going in before you’re ready to test drive and buy and fill out all the paperwork online. Seriously 45 minutes (including a 20 minute test drive) max.
