“Loved my experience at The Jewel! Bought my fiancé’s ring here and Katie made it super fun and personal! She even gave my fiancé a cute nickname! “sparkle””

“I have been holding onto a gift card for a long time. Through the years, it wasn’t convenient to visit so I never got around to it until fall of 2022.I recently moved to the area and am needing use what I have (my gift card) and get more familiar with what’s around for shopping options. I can feel a little out of place in Wayzata at times, but when I visited the staff were warm and welcoming.• they greeted me• asked if I was looking for anything• started a fitting room• shared smiles all the way to completing my purchaseThese things helped me feel comfortable and that I belonged. Thank you Fashion Avenue staff!P.s. I am a lover of window displays and notice that they always have great outfits in the windows.”

“Discovered this hidden treasure of a thrift store today! I love the concept the owners have created with this store. Bonus it was 50% anything with a Star today. Very passionate, friendly staff as well!”

“This place is a great place to go to to get baby clothes or infant clothes or toddler clothes and also they will take clothes that your babies do not wear anymore and they will give you cash for it but I do recommend if you bring your baby clothing make sure there is no stains or anything on it because they will not take it and they love name brand clothes but they got to match the brand name so they look at all that type of stuff so go check it out and have a great day everyone”

“Highly recommend the Pink Elephant. There are quite a few Vintage & Antique shops in Hopkins, but this is by far the best. Like other Yelpers have mentioned, super friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for vintage glassware for our bar and they pointed us in the right direction. They even offered to keep an eye out when new glassware items come in. Great place!”

“Good prices, good finds, occasional rare items. Always a good selection of clothes. Don't miss half off on a particular color, where I cannot pass up picking up a book or two each time shopping.”

“Stopped here for the first time today and I was not disappointed! Super cute curated collection. They have a great selection of vintage glass ornaments for the holidays. Will be making this a regular stop of mine!”

“Such a great find! The prices are unexpectedly very reasonable for Excelsior! I got a cowboy star with wood trim for $15. Just off the main street from Red Spoon and Primp is this treasure of a store. Not too crowded, so you can clearly see everything on display. Furniture finds, home decor, MN and lake signs made by local artisans ($32). The woman who helped us was friendly and delightful. Vintage Loft is fun and cute and smells great (local artist candles)?. I will be shopping here for gifts from now on!”

“I stopped in to Antiques on Mainstreet to find specific items to use for shelf decorations, like old books. It's always tough going in to an antique shop with specific needs as you never know what you'll find. Anyway, the store is two levels and set up with individual stalls for each vendor. The basement has a large collection of books but unfortunately they were a bit high for me (although totally fair priced). Good variety of items although it felt like at the moment, they had less decor and more collectibles, broadly speaking. The workers were all nice and offered to let me put my items down while I shopped. Definitely a place to stop by if you're on the hunt for antiques or just enjoy browsing!”

“Great place to shop, good place to sell.I will say, they are not very friendly and rather short with you on the phone while asking simple questions. I was repeatedly told “this was in your signed agreement” though I was never given one the day I sold. Only a receipt. Still a good and reputable place and I’ll keep coming back because it’s a great store with quality items.”

“Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”

“We used the Home Cleanout Service. It was great. Very smooth process - well explained and executed. They were all very professional and easy to work with every step of the way.”

“They really get a great variety of things to browse through. Housewares are very reasonable, clothes and furniture seem a little high to me. Great place to go when you don't know what you "need" but a little retail therapy is in order!”

“Ragstock is a great place. I love the selection! Celebrating payday with some Christmas shopping & came across this thrift store on the way to the library in Eden Prairie. Picked up some socks, a shirt & a scary scarf. B.S.E. ASU working at Vistar Corporation warehouse. Guy named Sam asks for directions from me sometimes”

“Probably hands down my favorite secondhand women’s clothing store. I’m from out of state but always try to stop here when in town. Never disappointed. Clothes are high end and generally only lightly used.”

“Lots of interesting mid-century modern stuff here. Was here looking for a coffee table but they didn't have the style I wanted, I'll have to stop back as the owner apparently gets new stuff in all the time. There was lots of other cool stuff here that I didn't need!”

“Sometimes it's actually over whelming going in here. There are soo many hangers I can't slide through the clothes. But the staff is always nice and helpful!”

“I called once thinking you guys had boxes of rags for sale for my gallery. I was wrong and felt ashamed of myself. A few weeks later I went in and bought some clothes and I was blown away by the fantastic sales crew. They were very helpful and they didn't judge me by my appearance which was awfully considerate. I bought some beautiful flannels and dashing jeans. 5/5.”

“This location is OK. It's basically Minnetonka area, so it's not too friendly of staff. I'm pregnant and went in for a bassinet. Found a nice one. There was no price tag, so I asked the lady if she could come help me figure out the price of the bassinet, and she did. I do have to say, I appreciated the fact that when she realized the price tag was ripped off, instead of cussing she said "fiddle sticks." Lmao. I REALLY appreciate fiddle sticks. The only disappointment I had was nobody helped me with the door while I got the bassinet out of the store. That's my only disappointment. Other than that, this location has really nice clothes and baby stuff for pretty cheap. I'll continue to shop here.”

“Great Location! Immediately walking in (as a shopper or consigner) The employees are friendly and very welcoming, leaving absolutely no confusion on the consignment process. The store is neatly & nicely stocked with the perfect amount of high quality merchandise and very well displayed. If you're looking for quality over quantity this is definitely a great choice! Highly suggest shopping and consigning at this Clothes Mentor location.”

“This is my number one favorite retail store in the world. They are picky on what they take, so they always have nice stuff. Prices are very reasonable. This is a large store. Stuff turns over pretty quickly, so don't wait to buy something you like or it will disappear. If my wife were to throw me out, I'd probably furnish my new place here because I've seen lots of neat furniture that would have been more expensive new than I'd be willing to pay.”

“Large selection of items, with fairly high turnover. I love seeing what's new each time. I've found some great things either near, or in mint condition, at decent prices.”

“Love this Plato's!! I will drive an extra 20 minutes to sell and buy at this location compared to the EP location. MG has an all around much more upbeat vibe and atmosphere. And since the clothes turnover is so high they will buy more items. The employees know how to do their jobs and are so much more attentive to customer needs. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because random days and times they stop buying. But I always make sure to call before making the drive to sell. Also, the variety of clothes at this location fits my style like none other. They have a range of new Lulu Lemon products with tags all the way to more vintage-y vibes of sweatshirts and wind breakers ( and vans). And lastly the prices are super reasonable. This Plato's is the best one I've been to ( I'm pretty sure I've been to them all).”

“I really appreciate a good deal. I have been coming here since I teenager. And even in my early 30's I can still find gems. This store is focused on the tween teen market but I just can't give it up. For consignment, they keep things really well organized. They are sorted by size and then by color. I appreciate the separation of the lulu lemon in front and the seasonal picks. If someone is feeling overwhelmed with the hunting process stick to the front. I would also suggest sticking to your size in each category. Only venture to other sizes when ready. It really does pare down the options. Everyone has their own things they are hunting for but I specifically go to Plato's for their athletic apparel, rompers, dresses, jeans, and jean shorts. The shirts seem to be very small perfect for a teen or tween more difficult to find a fit for an adult. The prices are pretty much unbeatable in any retail store. They usually beat Clothes Mentor's prices. Another thing Clothes Mentor doesn't have is a (young) men's section. It is great to find some discounted Lulu, Nike, Underarmor, or Eddie Bauer. Sign up for their rewards! Not a credit card and you earn your way to discounts super easily. Birthday discount I really don't have to spend a lot to get money off. I am a buyer, not a seller.”
