FYI, this location does not provide even one small piece of tape for your package. Recommend going to other USPS locations.

Today I had an appointment for a passport and photo. When I arrived with my confirmation sheet that said I needed a photo and my phone number if needed for them to contact me, I was told the machine was not working. I could go to CVS or Walgreens and get my photo done and then maybe they would have time to fit me in later. I did this and, of course, they did not have time for me when I returned. My biggest disappointment was that they did not notify me in advance, so I could have gotten the photo elsewhere in advance for my appointment. Now I need to make another appointment and pay to expedite the process because I can't get in anywhere for another 4 days!!! Frustrating!

extremely unhelpful, condescending customer service . the man at the front took my ID, went to check (didnt even go anywhere) and then said that theres no way my package could be there because they are only a “retail” location. (no need to take my ID in the first place.) then i made a call to ask where my package was and if they could contact, he responded with “if you couldnt reach them, what makes you think i will be able to.” very rude. i wish i could rate this place zero.

Absolutely the best post office ever. Yes, if they get busy you may have to wait a couple of minutes.

I would give this zero stars if possible. I’ve tried twice to get my passport taken care of at this post office and it’s been awful. 1st time had an appointment and was there 5 mins before hand to fill out the application. By the time I was done I had 10 mins left before they closed and they refused my service as “it takes 10 mins to do the photo so you missed your appointment and will need to reschedule”. I was told I could walk in for a passport anytime between 1:00-2:00. I tried again today at 1:20 and was told “we don’t do that anymore because we’re short staffed so you need an appointment”. It’s the rudeness and the attitude of “you should know this” that drives me crazy. If you live nearby save yourself the frustration and make an appointment at a better location.

I just got out of a 72 hr hold and my aunt had me pick up her packages and let me tell you- these guys have done more for me than my therapist could EVERRRRRRRRRR... I'm no longer on Xanadu, Propofofo, Trapadoll, ect.... It was a great experience, definitely a vibe 💖✨

I am currently sitting at this location and the customer service here is the worst I’ve seen in a long time. I arrived five mins late for my appointment and the guy at the window said my 15mins passport appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled, or I could wait to see if the next person showed. I waited and he did not let me know that the other person had not shown. I was also mailing a package, which he had initially refused to tape, stating that they had stopped providing tape since 2007. His coworker laughed when he said that. The tape needed was the length of an adult pinky finger. He eventually taped my package. I walked outside and when I came back in, the other guy, Shay, advised that the second slot I was informed about was already over and I’d have to reschedule. According to him, another person’s appointment time is confidential. So why did you make me wait?
Firstly, my appointment could have been done in my remaining time.
Secondly, they should have let me know about the other available time. I expressed myself to them, and Shay lied in face and said I was 15mins late for my appointment. Looking at these other reviews, both guys either hate their jobs or hate themselves. Either way, they are not doing what they are being paid to do.

I have a package that has been sitting for 3 days waiting to go out for delivery. The USPS system that does everything possible to avoid human contact is no help either. And they wonder why people don't want to use the post office anymore............

Extremely rude, condescending and humiliating service by young man at window toward me as well as an elderly customer ahead of me. Very loud metal music playing in back that was obvious to everyone. Super unprofessional and not becoming of a US public post office. I've experienced this on more than one occasion. I won't be returning to this post office again.
