First off, a few of the important things that attracted me to this, it’s grass fed whey from cows pastured on small family farms. With advanced micro filtration that removes lactose and cholesterol leaving the protein molecules fully intact for overall good health and immunity building.
I like the unflavored as I mix it with some organic plain yogurt and fruit of blended into a delicious morning smoothie.
With 26 g of protein per scoop and no sugar, it leaves me feeling full and satisfied.
It’s been instrumental in not only preparing me for my workouts but more so in my muscle recovery after fitness, as it also contains BCAA’s.
I definitely give this product five stars. It is a part of my daily routine starting my day off on the right foot.”

“I went in and had a very positive experience with the store. The CSR was knowledgeable and honest about the products I was looking for. My motivation was an interest in Jocko supplements and they only had the energy drinks at this time but were hopeful about getting more in the not so distant future. I left after buying some Jocko Fuel, a blender bottle and some GNC protein powder. I've been back a couple of times for more Jocko fuel and will reup on my powder soon.”

“I've taken a few classes at this location and I feel like I've gotten a lot out of them! They offer classes virtually as well, but showing up to in person classes each week forces me to be accountable. Plus it's super encouraging to be surrounded by other people with the same desire to feel like our best selves through consistently balanced nutrition. It's been super inspiring!The Wayzata location is in a strip mall so there is a dedicated parking lot which is convenient. I like that they sell protein powder and vitamins & supplements on site. I like to stay stocked up on the paleo chocolate and vanilla protein powders and their products are 10% off if you're enrolled in a class so bonus there!Amy and Kris have been awesome instructors. I really appreciate the openness and encouragement of everyone who shows up and wants to succeed together.
