The pharmacist on the morning of 1/7/24 was extremely rude. When asking for guidance on over the counter meds, I asked for clarification on how those would work, he told me that if I didn’t like his answer to go somewhere else. When I responded to him by saying he didn’t answer my question he went back to his computer and ignored me. Wayzata Walgreens has some terrific pharmacists but he is not one of them.

impatient, unhelpful, refused any explanation...even though Walgreens automated system said I should call my pharmacy to check on prescriptions that should be expiring soon. He did not have interpersonal skills at all.

Long wait at pharmacy to pick up prescription. The tall, middle-aged, balding male pharmacist was very rude and lost a customer because of his rudeness.

Well-staffed, short wait, was patient with me using a discount card I found online (similar to GoodRx) to re-run the cost.

The people are nice and efficient. I'm laughing at the one star reviews. Such anger and entitlement. Where have you been the last few years? If you would like better service or think you could do it right, I'm sure they are accepting applications.

The woman working the counter on the evening of October 13th made my experience great! She was very kind to me. Great customer service.

Be prepared to wait 40min for prescription, drive thru no longer operational. Horrible place not sure why its still in business other than people are forced to go to get their meds.

I was charged $27.18 per pill for Tadalafil 20MG for our black lab. Without this medication, our 7 year old lab would not make it... She takes four a day at $108.72. I priced them out at Spring Park Pharmacy and now recieved an entire month's worth at $28. I asked the pharmacy manager how this could be possible, that they charge $27.18 per pill, yet I recieved an entire months worth of 20mg Tadalafil (the EXACT same med) at Spring Park for $28. His reply was that he didn't know the reason. Dont believe me?? Look at the reciept - it shows FIVE pills for $135.64 I will never spend $.01 in Walgreens again.

Rarely have I ever experienced a level of incompetence or apathy exhibited at this pharmacy. They should not be anywhere near medicine let alone a customer.

Don't go here for prescriptions! I had my Dr send mine here because it was closest to the medical center I went to for my health issue. Ready in 20 minutes, Walgreens told me. 1 hour later, they said they only received 1 prescription. I live 20 miles away in a town with no pharmacy. 3 hours later after the biggest snow storm/blizzard in year's had began, they called me and told me they finally filled my other prescription and to come back and get it. And they couldn't figure out my insurance so I'd have to pay out of pocket. Never going there again!

So many bad reviews. I live a few blocks away and come here often, never have waited more than a few minutes in line inside, and also fill prescriptions here and feel like the wait time at the pharmacy drive through is usually pretty standard there too.. yeah it’s pretty messy inside, Im sure it’s a staffing issue but they’re friendly and I find what I need.

Our local pharmacy used to be so great, and then Walgreens came in, drove them out of business, and promptly lowered the service quality as soon as they had no competitors.

When a person in the drive through has a 20+ minute wait, move them through and keep the line going. The pharmacy appears to be run by highly incompetent people.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times for pharmacy, drive thru or inside. Typical wait times are 15-20 minutes per car. As another reviewer stated don't use drive thru for orders with insurance issues. Once I finally get to the window it takes me less than 2 minutes to get my order and depart. Seriously considering either a different Walgreens or CVS. Very disappointing and frustrating.Recently drive thru is closed more than open. Resulting in ridiculously worse lines in store.Occasionally if you get there as it opens you will have a fine experience without long waits or messy shelves.
