This location offers great customer service, Pam is personable and provides fast follow up when starting any estimate and scheduling! The service team kept me up-to-date and finished on time! Was happy to see my vehicle once again looked like new! The entire process was easy!

I want to start by saying the repair work itself was solid — my car was fixed properly and returned on time. No complaints there.
But I was really disappointed by what happened inside my vehicle. I have a small tray in my center console that holds some loose change and a few miscellaneous items. When I got my car back, everything in the tray had been dumped out, and all the change — about $5 worth — was gone.
When I called to ask about it, I was told they rummaged through the center console looking for the lug nuts. Except the lug nuts were in the glove box (where they always are). That still doesn’t explain why the tray was emptied or why the change disappeared.
Obviously, you’re told not to leave valuables in your car — and I get that. But I didn’t think a few bucks in coins would be an issue. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle. Someone clearly went through my things and helped themselves, and that’s not okay.
Really disappointed in how this part of the experience was handled. It overshadowed what was an otherwise great experience.

My car needed some repair work and right from the start Jeff was willing to work with me. When I brought my car in I talked to Chad the GM and he was also professional from the get go. Looking forward to picking up my car Friday and I know it's going to be gorgeous.Update I picked up my car yesterday and it was detailed and back to normal! Great job again and hats off to Jeff for his excellent service!

They did my vehicle and the repairs were alright. Better than it was before via damages. They did my alignment and misaligned my car. Brought it up to them and haven’t had any response from them to take my car back and get it realigned. Had to go to the dealership for the alignment and dropped $200+. Customer service is friendly, but I wouldn’t go back.

I don’t usually leave review. But my experience Jeff and his team in Caliber collision West st paul was exceptional. Repair finished 2days before it was originally shared and Jeff kept me post with all the information daily basis which is great to see where my car is at with repair.
