“Read this Review if You're Considering a Tankless Water Heater
This first part of my review will be about Warner's Stellian. The 2nd part will cover tankless water heaters.
Warners Stellian Review
I needed to replace my gas tank water heater in favor a tankless due to some issues with my house. Warner's Stellian not only had the best price, but they were very professional, honest with no gimmicks. Scheduling the install was easy and the day of the install was quick. I found their employees to be very knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend going with them if you're considering a tankless.
Now, onto my tankless water heater Review
First, I want to impress upon people that tankless water heaters are not overly expensive. Yes, they are more spendy than you're traditional water heater, but you should not be paying thousands of dollars for the unit itself. I installed a high efficiency Rheem and it retails for about $1200 at Lowes or Home Depot. If you are getting quotes that is $2,000 or more, do not go with that company. What I found out is that plumbing companies significantly mark up the price of the tankless itself and try and convince people that they are just expensive and that's just a fact of life. No. One company gave me a quote of $9000 just for the water heater itself. Again, just no. Warner's Stellian did mark up the Rheem by about $400, but I was comfortable with that price, especially in comparison to the other quotes I was getting. Warner's Stellian's quote was pretty basic, cost of the unit, labor, warranty, delivery fee. Overall, I paid about $5,500 for the entire install. Which, some of that will be recouped with the rebates from CP, Xcel and Minneapolis's green program.
Again, energy efficiency is affordable, don't let greedy companies convince you otherwise. I hope you have some warm and fuzzies now about your decision and the direction you want to go, if you're considering switching.”

Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”

“Geek squad has repeatedly done all they can to put up with my unending PC/account issues, I thought about dropping off my phone but felt they could use a break (even though I'm a BB Total member, I think I've gotten my money's worth by now already and that's just within a couple months, although these issues have been horrible for me, I still don't mean to abuse the system) so I took my phone to Verizon instead which was probably the right call (no pun intended) and remembered they can help me with some phone stuff more promptly, and also - at least for Google, Windows might be different - Verizon may be able to help with some of the account related issues I've been struggling with, so thanks everyone at BB for putting up with my seemingly perpetual issues. Might stop by again soon but not just to bog down GS *huge shout out though to GS, even if I'm starting to become a frustration you guys remain professional and I appreciate it a lot!
If I have to bring my PC in again, I'm going to look into my finances and see if I can make some purchases/PC parts so that I'm actually buying something significant that hopefully makes everything more worth it for you guys.
