I was able to come into the store today and have ice help me out with some information on my account that I needed to change in order for me to enroll in auto payment and he was very helpful and helping me accomplish this by giving me the information that I needed in a timely manner

Fantastic service from Jasha. He was patient with a complicated situation and had the expertise needed to solve the problem. It is very rare to find this level of customer service. Kind, friendly, and willing to keep working until it was fixed.

Maybe it’s more of an ATT thing, but I did the online trade-in, received my new phone, transferred to it on my own time, and came to this store to turn in the old device per the instructions.
They had no idea what I was talking about and kept telling me that I must be wrong, I must’ve gotten a different phone because there’s no promotions, I can keep the old phone because there was no trade-in promotion, and then finally that I need to go to an ATT corporate store because they’ve never heard of Next Up or why I would be turning in the old phone.
Long story short, they don’t seem to be in sync with ATT themselves, couldn’t figure out what I was talking about by looking my account up (or even trying), and the manager never spoke directly to me (though he was the only source of information via a game of telephone with a rep that seemed extremely confused).
