“I brought in a jacket with the sleeve half ripped off and they were able to fix it in 5 minutes. It’s like it never happened the repair looks so good. They also have second hand items for sale for reasonable prices. Everyone who works here has been friendly and knowledgeable I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to take care of the gear you currently own or balling on a budget needing some new to you items.”
“Good assortment of well-made, safe, and locally-crafted toys. Here is my 7 pound blue tortie Peaches playing with her favorite XL kicker. She likes it because it has silver vine catnip. I like it because it is made of attractive and durable fabric that doesn't look too garish if I leave it out for the cats. I expected my 11 pound silver tabby to take over this one, but she's firmly claimed it as her own, so I guess even small cats like big toys!!! It's also good for interactive play, since it can be used for some wrestling. The other one they both love is a little birdie with bite proof crinkle material. I also love the assortment of cat-themed cards and stickers.”

“encore is incredibly well organized and you can find so many unique pieces. if you’re a teen/adolescent, i’d maybe recommend coming here. it’s pretty hit or miss but very doable to find banger statement pieces. additionally, encore has a discount system in which if an article of clothing has been on the racks for a certain amount of time, you can receive a 50% or 75% off. many of the pieces are carefully handpicked to ensure that customers only get the best of the best. the vintage section at the bottom of the store is totally worth checking out too even if you’re not just to vintage clothing! the owners are such lovely people and are incredibly helpful.”

“My best friend and I went there last Saturday for some birthday shopping. While there an employee named Anna helped us. She asked if it was ok to give her opinion and after telling her it was ok, I was SO glad I did. She picked out the absolute perfect pants for me all the while giving my friend and I an unforgettable shopping experience! I was so grateful to Anna for the experience and for finding all the cutest clothes that fit my body well! Not to mention that the store itself had the cutest clothes and fun and comfortable vibe. Jewelry of all colors and styles, purses, clothes, etc. Just be careful you don't spend your entire paycheck (the prices are very reasonable, but you might accidentally buy everything because this is such a fun store and I wanted it all)! The lady who was working last week when I was in was super helpful and found so many options for complementary jewelery for my new years eve look. I will be back here numerous times in the future, I'm sure.”

“I had a terrific experience. I came into the store. Asked my size and given 2 t-shirts 2 try on since i was unsure of the exact fittings in their collection. That was easy. Then he brought out a the tops in my size and let me choose. He took them out of the package when I chose the color I liked. Then used the steamer on my top & put it on a coat hanger and bag for me as I left the store. As far as I could tell its all electronic payments. They emailed me the receipt. Loved the style of the store.”
