I had a very pleasant experience at this location on Saturday 1/20/24 morning. As soon as I got there, the staff at the front helped me right away. I had my passport photos ready within minutes. I was very pleased with the service.

ZERO STARS. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They blame their terrible service on staffing but the real problem is their management. Don't shop here or fill prescriptions.

Got here at 7:58am. Posting this review at 8:51am.10-15 minutes wait really means over an hour. Find a different pharmacy.

I transferred all of RX's from Walgreens to this CVS due to my pharmacy benefits. This pharmacy never has anything in stock, ever. Even generics and very basic medications are never in stock. One particular medication I have been waiting over a month to fill because they still don't have it in stock. Pharmacy staff seem overworked and unhappy.

I’ve been patient and understand for approx a year with the overall pharmacy and rude pharmacist. However I am done dealing with needing to solve an “issue” every few months to have a standard prescription filled. It simply can’t be this hard. I honestly don’t understand how or why there could be so many issues when it is clear everyone else within the equation has done their part. Do yourself a favor and believe the reviews and go elsewhere!

The front of store staff is 4/5 stars but the pharmacy has made this store trash. They do not care about customer service. They have had the drive thru closed for sometime now (I am disabled) they do not care for their disabled customers nor elderly.

Family member tried switching to this pharmacy. Nothing but bizarre errors and slow incompetence. Do yourself a favor and switch locations or do direct mail-order through your insurance.

I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star. Went to do a pcr covid test. The directions online they had me read did not mention breaking off the swab in the tube. I have only done rapid test or saliva tests before. Both people who addressed me in the drive thru were not very friendly. When the reluctantly asked me if he needed to go through the directions I said no because I read the online one's and I knew how to adminster the swab. It would have been worth mentioning to make sure I break the swab off and leave it in the tube something that was not included in the online directions I got as a step in the process. When I realized there was a different set of direction in the bag behind another piece of paper I noticed that set said to break the swab off which did me no good now that I had put the swab in the plastic i took it out of. When I called them back I spoke to a representative who hung up on me when I asked her if I could speak to someone in store and just go back and redo it since I had just left or if I needed to make yet another appointment and also if she knew if my insurance would still be charged for a test they cannot complete. This was hands down the worst service I have ever recieved. Where is the empathy in the care provided here? I will never use this service again. I'll go pretty much anywhere else next time.

This place has horrible customer service . My daughter had made an appointment to get tetanus shot as needed for her school. We showed up the requested 15 mins before and were checked in and sent to wait . About 15-20 mins some rude lady comes from behind the counter and says that they can't find it and that they were canceling her appointment. I asked her if she could reach out to another store to remedy the situation as this is important to get done for her schooling and get this .. she said she couldn't because we needed to make an appointment. Kinda like the one we had for her store . She was rude and not interested in helping us resolve the issue at all .. F her and CVS as I'll will never go back !

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I came in at eight to beat the “rush hour” if there is such thing. They had my prescription but had not filled it yet. I asked for it to be filled and was told it was approve but that it would take them at least 45 minutes to fill because they were very busy. There was nobody at the store! I called them out and they lied and said they have other orders to fill with ppl waiting. I pointed at the empty waiting room and she said “well we just open so you will have to wait”. Apparently at this location, they clock in and have tea or coffee for the first 45 minutes of their day before they work. They were literally in the back talking while another employee was just processing orders on another computer. I found it very rude and lack of care to make me wait because they could. I then overheard them talking and making fun of people that come in right when they open. Is that not how it works? People come in when you are open? Adding insult to injury, they even stocked some shelves in the pharmacy area before getting to my prescription. I will be looking for a better pharmacy which is probably any other pharmacy but this one.

To upper management, I have tried filling two (2) prescription for the last two weeks, I have been given the run around and been lied to twice in that time period.Pharmacy claimed they had communicated with with my Doctor and received no response. Yesterday morning I spent 30 minutes with my clinic reviewing all transmissions from CVS , they had many calls for prescription refills and authorization for refills but no communication involving my order. I stood there with my Dr. while she called in the prescription and as yet have recieved no confirmation from CVS. This is what happens when you use sub par employees. To all stop using CVS.
