I took my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited truck there to switch out winter tires for summer tires. Once the work was done, and as the technician was backing my truck out of the garage. He hit the passenger side rear view mirror on the side of their garage. I was standing inside at the desk with the other service person and we both saw and heard the noise when he did it. The guy at the desk went out, looked and had the nerve to come ask me if I noticed if there were some scratches on the car before I brought it there. I'm thinking to myself, you have to be kidding me! We both just saw and heard the tech hit the side of the garage. So of course, the manager Omar was not available because it was on the weekend. So, I kindly ask him to contact me about getting a repair. Basically, after going back and forth with Omar. He said his manager said they could only get the part and do the repair themselves, in the shop. Of course, I did not want that but I just wanted my mirror to be fixed so I agreed. Brought my car back into the shop. They put the new rear-view mirror on. It seemed to work. Looked good until I started the truck and started checking things in the truck. The first problem was my surround view camera was not showing the driver side view. Before this, the driver's side door never had a problem. There was nothing wrong with it. When I went back into the store to ask about it, the technician that was supposed to be the engineer in charge said that the guy that did the work thought it was the driver side door instead of the passenger side door, and he took apart the driver side door and must have not reconnect a wire. So, they bring my truck back into the shop. They take a look, and the engineer in charge said he basically doesn't know how to fix it and that I'm going to have to take it to the dealer. I took it to a dealer. Got an estimate and along with the driver side door problem, I noticed that all my inside panels except for one back door were loose and flapping. Now. I don't know why they had to undo all the inside door panels to basically fix the front passenger side door mirror. But they did, so I took to Hastings Ram and they said everything was fine. Everything was working and they just pushed the panels back into the inside of the doors. Mind you, they are still loose and flapping when I open and close the doors. So, Hastings Ram missed something during their inspection! $300+ later for the rental car and for having the dealer to check my truck. I texted Omar, the Firestone manager, to get reimbursed. It's now been multiple weeks and he has stopped responding to me. So as a last resort, I posted a Google review explaining my issue with the hopes that someone in management at Firestone will see it and help resolve this issue for me by doing the right thing in this situation. One last thing to show just how incompetent the employees at this Firestone location are. I recently bought a new set of summer tires from Costco in Woodbury MN and had them installed on Mar 16th 2024. The Costco tech told me that the tires I had on my truck have directional tread and that the back 2 tires were put on incorrectly. So, I've basically been driving my truck in an unsafe configuration since the original date of the service by Firestone, which was the weekend of Dec 29th 2023. That is about 2 1/2 months! Incredible.

Wasn’t gonna say anything about this situation but it got worse. I went in about a month ago to change my summer tires out for my winter tires. Made an appointment at the earliest time, 9am. I was there before the workers showed up. It took them two and a half hours some how. When they said it’ll only take an hour. I got one block down the road and heard a strange noise from my back tire. Pulled over and they forgot to tighten my lug nuts. My tire literally fell off in the parking lot. Luckily I made it back. So another issue is that some how the messed up my brake pads, which they weren’t even suppose to mess with. I was hearing clicking noises shortly after this incident. Had to go somewhere else to get that fixed. This business is a joke. They can’t do anything.I feel as if they were purposely messing with my car because how can someone mess up so badly to get to that point. I was nice and polite when I took my car in. All said and done, all I got was a “ my bad”. This is not how to treat customers. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.

I will never bring my vehicle here again for any service. Even though I made an appointment, I had to wait nearly an hour before it was looked at. I was told the work would only take an hour or two to complete, so I stuck around the area to wait. After three hours, I had to ask for an update on when it would be done and was told I’d be better off leaving and coming back the next day because it wouldn’t be done until then. I understand being busy, but don’t appreciate the lack of honesty and transparency by the staff on site.

Shops been giving me the run around for weeks!!about fix it's so bad I had to retrace their steps to secure the car part. Because they didn't have a account setup through the parts place they went through I had to personally pay for the part and now here I am Monday where the guy tells me come back just for nobody to be here at 8:15am when they open at 7:00am it sucks because their still going to receive my money for the fix whenever I receive service......

scheduled a 2pm oil change. car didn’t get taken in until 2:40. left at 3:30. the guy at the front desk was nice enough but doesn’t change the fact that I had to wait an hour and a half for an oil change, especially with an appointment. wouldn’t recommend this place for an oil change if you don’t want to wait.

If I could give a negative star I would. I booked an appointment for next day and received a call 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they couldn't get me in. I then called on a Thursday later that week to set an appointment for Saturday. Upon arrival they told me that I didn't have an appointment and they sent me an email of which I never received telling me that they do not do alignments at that store anymore. Well thank you for wasting my time. I will never be back to this store ever again.

No good thought creating an appointment online was nice then to get a phone call that it's canceled what a mess .. Just for a simple wheel alignment will never ever go here again and don't waste your time go to a shop and avoid firestone for auto work at all costs ?

I left work early to make my 3pm appointment for them to tell me I need to go somewhere else because they don't have a technician working. The man working was extremely rude and belittling stating I don't know about cars and he does (apparently he doesn't know enough to qualify as a technician, just knows enough be disrespectful?) I wish they would've just called to tell us they didn't have a technician so I didn't take off work and waste my time to go there, and I wish more that the man working (I don't know his name) wasn't so extremely disrespectful from the start.

8/23/23 - 8:30am I got to Firestone asked the person who was on to see if he can quickly diagnose my check engine light. He told me specifically that he could not do it and for me to go to another Firestone because they were so backed up. Let me tell you this diagnosis for a check engine light does not take long. It is sad that we have people like this working. Firestone was never this bad, never again will I return to Firestone. The guy was not even busy when I arrived. He just got off the phone while his partner took a car for a test drive crazy.

When I got my car back my tire felt wobbly when I got home I checked my tires and found one of my lug nuts broke off and all of the rest were loose enough to turn eith my fingers they had put them on so tight it burrowed half way thru my rim
