Apparently a doctor's order is just a suggestion, not a health priority. My monthly script date has changed 3 times in 3 months because of Genoas procrastinating. I've had 3 different stories for each time there was an unnecessary delay. This pharmacy is people with a cold only

Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, and flexible options for getting your meds when you need them -- pickup, delivery or mail. I also like the fact that they do reminder calls when I'm due for refills, which helps me stay on track. Eric and his staff are great!

By far - best pharmacy ever. So they may not have the longest or most convenient hours - but let me tell you, they make up for that in SO MANY WAYS. First of all, I have only had to tell the people who work at this pharmacy who I was once. After that, I walk up to the counter and they know who I am and they have my stuff ready. I know that it's a small gesture but I think about it often and I really value that. I wouldn't even care if they charged more for my stuff, I'd still choose a personal experience over just going to any old pharmacy. Secondly - Genoa calls to remind me to refill. Like, who does that. I get a person each time. They literally work out the best time for me to get my refill and they're always super accommodating. Lastly - I once said that I had other plans the day I was running out of my prescription. No joke, the person on the line said, "we can courier it to you at no cost, if you'd like to do that." Like, what? Of course I'd LOVE that. Amazing. I never expected to be the kind of person to review a pharmacy online because I have other things to be doing with my time - but they are so exceptional at this place that I just need other people to understand this and try them out.
