I love this place. I took my son and grandson who have kinky hair, to get cut and lined up. They do an amazing job. The price is great too.

I’ll never come back here. The gentleman who cut my son’s hair acted like he had never done a kids cut before and kept complaining to me that he wasn’t holding his head still enough. Said a few times “if he keeps moving I’m gonna cut him,” which obviously did not help.
The haircut itself was also bad. Uneven and sloppy. Really a frustrating experience. If you offer kids cuts then you need to know how to work with kids and help them feel comfortable in the chair.
Take some pride in your work! People are PAYING YOU for this.

Will be going elsewhere finally. I use Great Clips out of convenience and pricing compared to other barbershops, but after today I will not be back. Stray hairs on the back of my neck and stylist did one sideburn and left the other as is. Having to fix it myself now. Wish I would’ve noticed this before I left to point this out or not leave a tip. I’ll gladly go somewhere else and pay $10 more every month or two to have someone who cares and actually completes the haircut properly. Never again.

My son got the worst haircut ever. To much wrong to even write. Never returning.
The man seemed irritated to be at work. Worst experience here ever.

My stylist/hairdresser had an air pod in one ear and phone propped on the counter watching Netflix while cutting my hair. She admitted that she was blending my hair the "quick and easy way". When finished I had to ask her to correct the blending because it looked awful. Also found the front of my hair was hardly touched at all by the razor. When I got home, I had to fix it myself. I've been going to this Great Clips for years but after this experience, I won't be going back.

I was able to put my name online, and Mandy was ready for me when I show up, right on time. She's been cutting my hair for a long time, and ALWAYS does a great job! A great experience!

Definitely won't be going back to this location again, I took my kids there to get their hair cut and basically threw away $45.00. The cuts were terrible, spots all over were missed, strays hairs everywhere, I spent the next hour and a half fixing all the mistakes and patches of uncut hair. Very disappointing.

This Great Clips has excellent stylists. Pick any one of them & you'll be satisfied. Typically with franchise hair places you're not quite sure what quality cut you'll get, but here that won't be a concern.Unfortunately, like all retail locations right now, staying fully staffed has been a problem & as a result, their hours of operations has been reduced.
