They need more than one atm at this location...I don't understand the reasoning to just having one. I would go inside and deposit via teller but it's actually faster via atm. I don't know what the deal is with your tellers, but if they're that slow, then maybe we should get a second atm eh?

Overall, their service seems good. I however forgot my backpack containing some checks for my business at planet fitness, for roughly a 24 hour period of time .
I went back to the very next day when I realized my error that night and reacquired the backpack containing the checks.
At the time of retrieving the backpack, I saw the checks were still in there, so I thought everything was OK at that time.
The following day, I checked my account and saw that the check went through for $1400 because someone had stolen a check and cashed it for themselves.
I immediately reported to hunting in bank and went in the exact same day to speak with a manager at this branch.
I handled everything in very punctual fashion filled out the necessary paperwork, provided the necessary documentation and filed a police report at Huntington’s request .
Well, on my side, I was very punctual cooperative and gave them everything that they wanted, including filing the police report and notifying planet fitness of what happened .
Regardless of my punctuality, Huntington believes that humans must remain errorless and without fault because regardless of everything I did correct on the backend I was denied today due to lack of proper care or securement of the checks.
If you’re looking for a bank that understands that humans every once in a while make mistakes this isn’t the bank for you. I would guide you somewhere else.

Poor record keeping and coordination amongst the branch and Huntington's main locations. Nobody seems to have a consistent story other than somehow it's not their fault and even if it is they don't have any records of it. Thankfully I don't bank here anymore.

This branch is very understaffed and very slow. Making a simple deposit takes half my lunch break to do. Removing locations from Cub foods was a huge mistake. Those locations were quick.

Best customer service. Friendly, jovial staff. I just wish for their sake that they had maybe one or two more people working as it gets very busy at times and therefore slower. Other than that I absolutely love this bank. Everyone working there should get a raise.

Went in for a cashiers check and was pleasantly surprised. It went extremely smoothly, quickly, and I wasn’t charged any additional fees!

Huntington Bank is the best Bank if ever had. Alot of times they give you grace time and don't charge you for your over charges.
