Every time I come to the same location, I always get charge a different amount. I tried using a coupon from off jiffy lube website that says the location I was going to accepts it, but when I arrived and tried to tell them and show them, the guy said it's only good in California and new York, so I looked at it again, and it says it DOESN'T work in those states... So it should work in Minnesota than right? Than he said that the coupons never work, but said he could give a X amount of, that was lower than what my coupon said. They never checked any of my fluids or told me anything about my car, and never got a receipt

I was told by a Toyota dealership that I needed to get a coolant exchange. I came to this Jiffy Lube location and the technician let me know that my coolant looked good and it’s unnecessary to get it replaced. They saved me time and money!

I wish I could give 0 stars or fewer. This was a horrible experience that I will never, ever repeat. When I arrived for an oil change last Monday, the entire staff of service techs was rude and dismissive towards me. They treated me like I was stupid. Firstly, when I asked about additional services such as changing headlight bulbs, I was told by one staff person that my car's make and model "more tools than I thought, so I'm not doing that." Secondly, they explained NOTHING to me, were unfriendly when I asked questions, and uncommunicative - they asked me for my card to pay for the bill without giving me any estimated costs or showing me what each line item would be. I had to literally remind the man that I needed to know how much I was being charged before I should hand over my card.Now, all of the above might something I could overlook, however this is the worst part: when I left, the staff people had no correctly refastened the skid plate on my engine. It was hanging off and dragging against the ground while making a loud noise. When I returned to request that they address what was happening, they told me that they would fix the issue without explaining what the issue was. Instead of fixing the issue by simply reattaching the skid plate as best they could and then alerting me of what the problem was, they removed the entire skid plate without telling me. I have no way of knowing what they did with it. For all I know, it could be in a landfill somewhere. But what I do know is that it is not on my car, and I gave NO PERMISSION for them to remove it and keep it.When I reviewed my receipt, I saw that they had listed the following: "Bolts missing from skid plate", as well as "multiple engine leaks". No one, not a SINGLE one of the 5 people that were there in that garage, made any attempt to tell me that my engine had leaks, or that my skid plate was missing bolts. When I had to come back to them to have them correct their giant mistake, they literally just removed an entire protective engine part and said NOTHING about it to me. The only reason I found out about it was because I took my Jiffy Lube receipt and my car to a trusted and trustworthy mechanic, who examined my car and told me that the staff people just....took it off and did God knows what with it. This is to say nothing of the sloppy job they did with the oil change and spilling fluids all over my motor.This is disturbing, disappointing and highly unethical. Because of the negligence and laziness of the service techs, and because they seemed to assume that they didn't need to explain anything to me because I'm a female and they think I wouldn't understand it anyways, my engine is vulnerable to damage and I have to have a whole new skid plate purchased and installed. Not only that, but the engine leaks that went unmentioned or unaddressed could lead to greater problems down the line. I transport young children who are my family members in my car, and you lot have put us at risk.Go somewhere for your oil change, but don't come here.

So I am a really annoying customer.. let me just start this off with that, so we get some context ( hence the 4 stars), I bring my own oil, oil filter, and other fluids with me because I only use LiquiMoly in my car and I also have a specific filter I want used. So, I have gone to this location a couple of times and they have been more than accommodating. And I even got them DQ one day.. gave the big guy a hug today ? so I am thankful for them. I have a couple of recommendations however, from a business perspective. .. so there was a line around the corner at the "Val.." down the street, and this place was empty. And there were probably 5 guys there. Using only one bay. It seemed like some marketing or proactive engagement would greatly increase the work load warranted to have all those people on the clock. So and this time, I just felt like there was no care paid to my car. Like my car takes 4.9 liters and always before the tall blk guy ( - only b/c I don't know his name) was very attentive to ensuring the oil level was appropriate.. by his own doing, not me instructing him to do so. And I was very thankful. This time I added a ceramic additive b/c well you know, these direct injection engines are a pickle with carbon and the container stated 300ml ( full container) to 5.0l oil. They just poured both all in. And me, being the annoying customer I am I said but "oh wait my car takes 4.9 and ... oh wait okay.. nevermind I see you've already put them both in" then I paid, and let Anna went about my day.No harm, no foul, right? Right.But I was just kinda surprised about the lack of actually paying attention and taking pride and care in your work. It was only a tenth of a liter.... hence the 4 stars...** maybe work on getting some of those **Val..*** customers from down the street ... off to Kentucky .. see you guys on my next trip.. I gotta figure out the tall black guys name so I can stop calling him that.. he's a keeper fo sho!
