Drove halfway across the Twin Cities looking for a very specific house plant that the website said they had 17 of in stock. After 20 minutes of searching, nobody could find anything. The best they could do was: “sorry, man”.

False Advertising... In store & online, interior doors were not white & the Bathroom Vanity Top wasn't the same as the Display... I wasted my money & and time, and I will also have to push back my project! I was told to come back in 2 months, and then they could sell me the Vanity top?... why can't I take it now????

I'm here probably once a week based on my business and professional needs. I had to return an item at the end of a project that didn't work out and fit into the overall scheme. This staff worked diligently to find my account(s) explained why this was difficult and recruited additional staff until six of them were actively working on care of me and my wife, getting our item returned and making sure we left satisfied. At this location we typically do leave very satisfied! It is amazing how all of this was done while keeping a jovial, fun and caring atmosphere directed toward us in what could have been a very frustrating situation to the staff. This kind of five-star treatment-not the first time I've experienced this here-is why we keep coming back. This is a nicer, relaxed and very efficient location.UPDATE: What's it like a week later?I called Dylan early yesterday to see if they still had an item I had seen the night before which I hadn't measured for. He not only found it; but sold me the last item- literally having crawled up to get it from the rafters before I had returned. I was delayed somewhat in my return because of traffic and other obligations so he made sure it was set aside and labeled for me to keep his commitment even though he was not going to be there when I arrived. The checkout process went very smoothly because of his interactions with it and made my transactions complete. He had also researched other stores that had better inventories and had secured for me where I might go to get the additional items I needed. All of this was done in a few minutes because of his conscientious care, and this is consistently becoming my experience when I am at Lowe's. Even considering these: this pleasantly exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!

Delivery of a dishwasher and refrigerator went terrible with hours of lost time and frustration. Will never buy from Lowe’s again. Received and went to install both only to find out the dishwasher was missing all install pieces and the refrigerator was the wrong model.The store “tried” to help but was told I will have to wait at least 10 days for replacement fridge and “might” get installation pieces for the dishwasher.Very unsatisfied with the delivery. 0/2 on the appliances purchased.

We will never deal with Angi or Lowe's again!!! We are returning our purchase from Lowe's and moving on to another store and/or contractor. We purchased this item in November and Angie's has now rescheduled 5x!!! Worst service EVER!!!!

The Lowe's store in West St. Paul, MN is awesome!! We've never had better customer service in ANY home improvement store, and the quality of the products they sell is superior to the others! Prices are in line with that quality! Highly recommend!

Stopped at the west st paul store to purchase 2, 2 gallon buckets with lids. The gentleman we asked to point us in the right direction was helpful and showed us the buckets and lids for them, perfect. No cashiers, only self check. My apologies to Lowes for being old. Got part way through checkout when my wife had a question. We interrupted one of the four ladies standing there. She touched the screen then left. As we finished, we had to walk around the 4 Paul Blarts blocking the exit. The store is as joke, won't be shopping there ever again

I usually have a really good experience at Lowes but this last weekend we went to buy a fridge and it was not a great experience. We found the fridge we wanted said we wanted delivery and haul away. Great easy. We paid then the employee said oops forgot to charge the warranty let me re run your card and issue a refund, here I was skeptical because working in retail I know refunds can take a few days . He said oh no it should be on there Ina few hrs. My child was trying to talk over him so I stupidly said sure ok. Long story short I have towo 800 plus transactions on my card no refund AND we had to go back because he for the haul away fee...im extremely frustrated if it were a smaller purchase it'd be whatever let's wait for the refund but 867 dollars is a lot of money to be taken out of our account twice and no refund posted yet

I should have known not to go to Lowe's again. Had an awful experience with them (this same store) 5 years ago with the purchase of a new stove. They delayed the delivery of my order for over 2 months then and could not give me a good reason why. Incompetent then and still incompetent now. I ordered a new freezer with free delivery and my delivery date has been changed twice now with no reason or explantation why. When I call the store, I can literally hear someone pick up the phone and immediately put me on hold without even acknowledging me or asking to put me on hold. This is ridiculous!

The customer service at the West St Paul store was awesome when we ran into a problem with an online order. We had purchased the Cobbe Matte Black Built-In Shower Faucet System with 2-way Diverter Valve Included (Item #4816216 | Model #LS1-KSA023) and our plumber installed it. Unfortunately, we failed our St Paul City Plumbing Inspection because this shower valve didn't have an ASTM#. (Beautiful product, but major problem here. Why is Lowe's selling a product online that doesn't have the necessary inspection numbers?!)I spent 3+ hours and got cut off twice with online support and they couldn't provide the number I needed. I called my local store for help. Adam in plumbing investigated it but couldn't get an answer. He suggested I bring the box in and they'd see what they could do to help find the inspector required number. When I arrived Assistant Store Manager Gloria was awesome. She searched unsuccessfully trying to find the number from multiple sources. When she couldn't get me what I needed she found the best in-store replacement item which my plumber is now installing. So while a huge negative on Lowe's online for selling an unsupported product, a huge thanks to my local store for helping me through the process. Thanks!
