Pump doesn't accept tap and pay via phone or physical card which is a pain. Only way was to insert the card and then it was confusing as the lock symbol lit up and locked your card in but the symbol doesn't go out when card is released.

Guy behind the counter was very rude, he ignored me while I was explaining a problem with his pumps.
The pumps for 93 octane we're pumping extremely slow. I sat in my car and waited for 15 minutes for my prepaid gas to pump.
He also closed the store an hour and 10 minutes early.

Employee working was extremely rude, kept pounding on the bathroom door and trying the handle while I was using the restroom. Very creepy

0 stars, I should have double checked but never thought to do so, but the kraft cheese stick and crackers and cheese I bought were expired back in December of 2023, it is April of 2024.

One of the FILTHIEST bathrooms I’ve seen in a long time. Not messy, we’ve been really busy today, but years of dirt. Gross! Left without washing my hands, it was that bad!

Gas pump was broken and I didn’t notice until after I had started trying to pump gas. They wouldn’t refund me even though there was no gas put into my tank.

MUSA IS THE MANAGERS NAME TOTALLY RUDE. I SAW A BOX OF DOUGHNUTS THAT WERE DRIED AND FROSTING WIPED OFF OF THEM AND FLIES IN THE BOX. I SHOW HIM AND HE SLAMS IT ON THE COUNTER AND THEN GETS ATTITUDE. ALSO A PACK.OF SAUSAGES IN THE ICE CREAM FREEZER THAT LOOKED FREEZER BURNT, AND THE SLUSHI AND SODA MACHINES WERE DIRTY AND THE MICROWAVE ANYONE WHO WOULD CHOOSE TO EAT HERE BEWARE OF HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. AND HE WAS RUDE TO MY FATHER DURING CHECKOUT. DEFINITELY CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE FRANCHISE MARATHON AND TELL THEM WHAT A MESS They're MAKING They're FRANCHISE LOOK

Cashier was on texting on his phone while I was standing at the counter waiting for assistance. Customers should not wait on you to finish with your personal business.
