“Amir greeted me right away and was truly present. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous! I’ll be back to shop for the other rooms in my home.”
“Great experience. Salesperson Finn really knows the product. Was very helpful and we will definitely recommend him. We went to other stores today and he was by far the best.”
“Fernando saved my day. I was trying to find an affordable mattress for when my mom was getting discharged from the hospital. He walked the warehouse and got me free delivery for one that met our back support needs and the internet said would have been a 5 week wait. And he was able to text me an easy link for payment, I didn't even have to make my own account. He solved a major life problem with a phonecall and a text message.”
“Very friendly guy sam is. I thank you so very much for everything and let you know how truly blessed I am to receive such blessings to make my life so much easier for me. Even on a bad day after immunotherapy I'll be able to get comfortable. Thank you so very much again”
“We had Beth greet us at the door and it got better every minute She was full of information and very patient with us as we absorbed all she was saying By the time we left ( with mattress to be delivered), we felt we had the information needed to make a decision. Beth was extremely competent and knowledgeable, patient and willing to show us different mattresses at different levels and prices. It was a good experience.”

“Rick was fabulous to work with. He had great ideas once he knew about what we wanted and needed, even hauling furniture from one place to another to wifi get the right match and fit. We had no reason to visit another furniture store after our time with him. Can't wait to see our selections in our new home. Thanks, Rick for making our trip so fruitful and enjoyable. John and Diana”
“Bradley was our salesman. Right away he made us feel welcome. What I also liked was that he was not a “pushy salesman” he allowed me to tell him what I was there for, my objective, what I wanted , what my expectations were, etc. He was really good at letting me know how he can help me accomplish my goals of my reason for being there. So from there on, it was a great experience. He answered questions, clarified everything, I was able to try all sorts of different options , he was super knowledgeable . There were no problems. I was super impressed and now I am so excited for my new mattress and adjustable base! It was literally the most positive shopping experience from start to finish.”
“My wife and I had the best shopping experience here while purchasing a replacement for our first TempurPedic mattress (it lasted 22 years!). The sleep expert that assisted us, Kamau, was fantastic! Very personable and super-knowledgeable. Answered all our questions, gave us all the time we needed and never pushed us into a decision. Went well out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with every choice we made. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!”
“Jolene K. in Maplewood was amazing! I had a wonderful experience working with her. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took time to understand what I was looking for and find me the right furniture without making me feel pressured. I would be happy to recommend her and Ashley to others.”
“After going to 6 furniture stores, I went to Elsa’s House of Sleep today looking for a chest of drawers. Everyone was friendly, including the owner, and Patrick was so helpful! I not only found a chest of drawers but also a small table for my TV room!”
“Chris is SO sweet and willing to work within your budget!!!!! Definitely recommend coming here first. And he is knowledgeable about mattresses too. Quick to help a picky person like me!!!!!”
“Corrine listened to us to get a sense of what we were looking for. She helped narrow our choices from the wide selection at Gabberts so we could get just the right fit for our needs. She knew their inventory, where it was on the floor, and gave us options that we may have bypassed. And she worked with us to help us pick just the right item to fit with our existing furniture. We highly recommend Gabberts and would suggest working with Corrine if you have the opportunity!”
“I am happy with the recliner I purchased & the excellent customer service I received.
Also the delivery guys were great as well. The whole experience from beginning to end was great!”
“Jim was excellant to work with! He went above and beyond to assist if finding the perfect size couch for my unique living room. Thank you Jim for helping us out!!”
“Recently came into Moss Envy in search of an organic mattress that I could actually try out. Worked with Ryan and found the right match for myself. Highly recommend Moss Envy if you are looking for high quality, local service and an overall exceptional experience!”
“Just moved back to MN and I’m glad I went to Schneiderman’s in Roseville. My sales rep D’Andre was excellent and I was in and out very quickly.”
“I had my eye on some furniture and was hoping to find a better price and that is how I came across B&M Furniture, and what a special experience it turned out to be. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed, who is truly one of the most incredible people I have ever met. If every business operated with the care, integrity, and passion that Ed brings, the world would honestly be a better place.
Since finding him a few months ago, I have already placed two orders with Ed and fully plan to send everyone I know who is looking for furniture his way. Thank you, Ed, for setting the gold standard for how to treat customers!”
“Felt educated but not lectured about mattress history, construction, and how their product compares. MARCO and Gandin were my delivery guys- what nice and considerate workers, quick and comfortable transition!”

“Went looking for a bed after our tax return around early April 2026, our current was a $300 3+ year old memory foam ontop of a memory foam. We were gonna do some browsing around multiple stores but the first store we went to ended up being the only place we needed! Ashley Dowling was the kind lady who helped us and was able to give us very informative and helpful advice on picking a bed for us!
We initially left the building to go browse other shops but sitting in the car we talked and both concluded that Ashley was such a kind and informative person that we just walked right back in and said we would take the bed we had been looking at in the store!
Very kind and sweet lady with plenty of know-how with the beds! Would absolutely recommend this store to others looking around!
(They also do very nice display bed discounts if you wanna save a decent amount of money too!)”
“My family only goes here for mattresses. Simple easy and affordable!! The mattresses are very comfortable and long lasting. Excellent customer Service! Greg makes it stress free and everything is very efficient when purchasing. Thank you!!”
“When the time came to replace the water bed bladder in my queen soft side, Waterbeds Minnesota had exactly what I needed in stock. The fit and finish were great and the price and service were even better! Sterling Sleep Systems ER 9254 with custom fit liner.A happy sleeper once again!!!”
“Jared at the Roseville, MN store is a superior sales associate. I went in with my 80 yr. olf father to get a new bed. After spending 45 plus years on the same waterbed, my parents are getting a new bed but not before ever single question you can imagine was answered calmly, patiently and informationally...at least twice (dad has memory issues). Jared was attentive, energetic, and very helpful with a man who doesn't like change and can really be a struggle to explain things too. Though I know how amazing sleep number beds are as I have been sleeping on one for 20 years, convincing my dad was not a sales pitch it, Jared encouraged him, let him fully try everything and it was great to see my dad truly feel like this was a good decision and decide to buy. Thank you Jared!”
“We needed a new box springs to go with our existing mattress. After a frustrating experience with another store in Saint Paul that I will not name (but it's on N. Prior), we visited The OMF. We got exactly what we wanted, a low profile mattress foundation, and paid a reasonable price. I was especially happy with the delivery guys who came exactly when they said they would. Excellent service all around.”
“Great Experience! Their prices are true to the name and good quality. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a quality AFFORDABLE mattress! Look forward to doing more business in the near future.”
“Went looking for a new mattress with low expectations but was very very pleasantly surprised. All of the mattresses are new still in plastic. I found an incredibly comfortable one for a very reasonable price, and the manager was even able to make me a deal as I had a box spring already. Phenomenal place to go if you’re furnishing an apartment on a budget and would like more quality than dorm/ ikea furniture”

“Jordan and Adam were very helpful Buying a mattress from them was a great experience. There should be more salesmen like them. I would refer mattress firm to any of my family and friends who are looking for a qualify product at a very reasonable price.”
