“Hadn't been to Hom in Little Canada in years!! Or I think it might have been Levitz back then. Well still, the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and then you got a high end store attach but you won't be disappointed. All the sales people are so helpful and great attitudes! Doesn't cost nothing to be kind. Wasn't shopping for lamps but these were on clearance! Also purchases 2 reclining chairs. Enjoyable experience.!!!”

“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”

“Scott was very good, he stood back and let me sit on a few chairs and couches and when he believed I was ready for him then he came forward. I already knew everything I wanted but he was there to make sure everything was in stock and found the lamps I wanted to take home and hooked me up with the rug guy. He even grabbed a couch cushion to make sure the rug went with it. We chatted the whole time and I never felt pushed into anything. It was a great experience!! Thank you Scott!!!”

“I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price, which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the "vibes" in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall cheerful tone. They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don't know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars”

The set was not in stock but he assured me it could me manufactured & ready in 3 business days. This was extremely important as we needed the bed for guests on a specific day. “This I've been in a Becker store a few times looking at furniture. At the end of 2022, I purchased an Archbold shaker bedroom set (bed with headboard, two night stands, a 6 drawer bureau, and a ten drawer dresser with mirror) that I absolutely love.I went in earlier this week to look at couches but what they had was more than I wanted to pay. Liz Ricci (no relation and I didn't know her last name until I got home and looked at her business card, crazy!) Was extremely patient and helpful even though I think she knew I wasn't going to buy that day. I found one at a competitor but didn't make any purchases because I needed to measure everything again now that I had some ideas of what was available.I was ready to purchase from the competitor but decided to stop in for one last look around. I ended up finding what I wanted for less than what I would have paid at the other place.Sam was also very helpful and patient even when I got my percentages wrong. He answered all my questions and measured many end tables to see if they were the right width for my limited wall width.Becker has really nice furniture and I will continue to look there for quality items.”

“I bought two twin sets from here. Got it delivered, and the delivery guy tried to give me a smaller twin box spring that didn't match. I told him it's not mine and I did not pay for that. The wrong box was half the size of the original one...He wouldn't take it back and told me I'll have to order another one and pay for delivery again. I was furious at that point and called the store. They were happy to correct their mistake. The delivery guy took the wrong box back and dropped off the correct box within the hour. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, as I've purchased from them before.”

Also, the no returns policy on bedding etc. is good for customers. A return with other places is resold.
