Absolute disaster and a scam. I want to start off saying that I opted for the service purely based on the google reviews which is definitely not a great idea. Following incidents made it the most horrible business I’ve ever dealt with in regards to the move out clean that I opted for my studio apartment ;1) My call to schedule the services started off with the owner Mary who took 45 minutes on the call to schedule and asked my credit card details on call which is not the best way.2) No confirmation on the services until a day later. I was sent a quote with lower and upper limit for the move out clean . Range was under $400 upper limit.3) I did clearly mention that I prefer having one cleaner as my place is under 600 Sq Ft but persistently without informing me I had two cleaners sent over to my place .4) As the cleaners were at home , I had Mary constantly text me that they are requesting for another hour to be able to do the deep cleaning which is absolutely untrue because the cleaners finished cleaning my place in almost 40 minutes earlier than the original scheduled time . Which means the owner was absolutely trying to scam me by charging additional hour.5) multiple messages and agreements that I was asked to sign throughout the process.6) This one was the major one- The cleaners very clearly mentioned the time they came in and left in a piece of paper but MB’s cleaning chargedMe for 40 minutes extra for two people ( almost $60 extra) in the invoice and when I confronted the owner with the additional charges she was absolutely irresponsible and kept making false statements that the calculations were accurate and I was wrong. Later on she agreed to charge accurately but she ended up making absolutely ridiculous claims that she’s giving me discount when at first place I was being charged how much was worked for.Mind you less than 600 sq ft studio Apt , cleaners were there for less than 2hrs and it’s a move out clean which means literally cleaning a shell with nothing and was wrongfully charged $460 ( almost 5.23hrs ) Absolute rip off .The two cleaners were Edi and Rebecca . Edi did a great job but Rebecca was absolutely awful with the work .I would never believe any of these reviews here . This company is terrible scam .

Fantastic job cleaning by MB. Mary Beth is super nice and the cleaners did a awesome job with my move out cleaning. Apartment complex raved about how clean we left the place :)

The two cleaners brought all of their own equipment and materials. They asked what they should and should not do right up front. They were very pleasant and friendly and had me do a walk-through to okay their work before they left. I will definitely use MB Cleaning again.Services: Standard cleaning

Asked for the focus to be on the floors and the bathrooms. Floors were not cleaned well, still had sticky parts and or stains.My bathroom and shower were not properly done. For the amount of money charged, it is insane! I walked into the house and asked my mom what was even cleaned. Immediately canceled.Photos attached are just of the bathroom.

After trying 4 other housecleaning services, we found MB's and have used them since 2017. We have had a few different people from the company over the years, and almost all have been very good, but Sara and Carly are our favorites. Their attention to detail and small, personal touches go above and beyond and make us feel like our family's home is in good hands.

We are pleased with the cleaning. Scheduling and timely arrival has been a consistent issue. Recent example. scheduled at 8-8:30. MB called to confirm on Thurs afternoon. 8 arrival. We made plans accordingly. no notice friday am to be late, 9 am still not here so called. confirmed schedule changed due to unplanned cleaner schedule. Arrival now to be 9:45. Not a big issue but we had gotten up early and planned breakfeast out at 8. now it will be more like brunch/lunch. This has been a common ocurance. Only been doing this a few months but hope to not continue having this problem. If you bother to confirm the day ahead to make sure we remember please call morning of to update planned arrival time if it changes. Again, the cleaning is great. The scheduling needs a process revision to make your customer service match.

Marci did amazing. I hadn’t had time to pick up before she came and told her that she could just work around any mess and skip the living room since there was stuff everywhere. She tidied up all the mess and made it look so much nicer. She didn’t have to do that but still took the time to make every part of my home look refreshed and clean!Service: Standard cleaning
