Menards is a store that has anything and everything you need, well-stocked and clean. Customers recommend going here first. It is easier to find items than at other stores, without feeling overwhelmed. Prices are slightly lower, offering good value for the average person. It gets the job done without being posh. The store has fantastic staffing. The staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and nice. They provide excellent service, often going above and beyond to help find items. Associates engage thoughtfully and use out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems. Overall customer service is fantastic and knocks it out of the park, with some staff members specifically praised for saving the day during difficulties.
