I walked in for a tail light repair the customer service representative was extremely rude he didn’t even look at the car he didn’t even get close to the door to see out the window he just told me he couldn’t do it because it was”LED” I went to Firestone across the street they fixed it less then 30 minutes for a great price including the bulb that was in fact not LED I’m sure u guys don’t get paid to look out the window let’s try for better service thank you

Robert street location has always been my go to especially when Luis was still there. Now there’s a new person name Russell! Great to work with, very knowledgeable, professional. He kept us informed with everything. I didn’t have a second person to pick up the car from them and he worked his magic out. You need something just ask! They will find a solution! My parents are very happy with the work Midas had put into their vehicle.

I will not take my vehicle to any other shop. Corey makes the time in the waiting area go by fast. When I leave Midas I feel safe to transport my sisters 3 children. Midas will always get my business. I may pay a little more than other places but the quality of the work is worth it

The worst customer service and ownership I've ever encountered. The are condescending, rude, arrogant and blatantly bilking for the unnecessary parts they sell to you. I brought the car back three days in a row...they never fixed the issue, yet charged over $1600. I don't know how they get away with their practices. Hopefully karma will make a difference someday.
