I wanted to express my appreciation for how this facility is run and maintained. We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. More Space Self Storage has clearly set a standard for my future expectations of any storage facility. Thank you.

More Space is absolutely the BEST storage facility I've ever utilized.(And, I've used alot of them.) They always take care of my needs not only efficiently but accurately. I love the controlled climate & clean atmosphere. Their prices are more than fair. It's easy to access, too!

Currently renting 2 storage units with More Space Self Storage; facility is clean. Aside from one time experience with a rude employee blaming me for "trashing the place," (exaggeration, of course-- which is the ONLY reason I've rated 4 stars instead of 5), I've had mostly good experiences with this facility. I haven't heard from this same "rude" employee since, assuming this person no longer works there. I have been communicating with a different person ever since, and my questions and concerns were answered promptly, which I appreciated very much. Would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

Started out with a five star and I do realize that it is not their fault but the Cockroaches were atrocious but very friendly business like no hassles a nice place to store things and rates are reasonable
