Don't order directly from Noodles for a delivery. They use doordash and your food will arrive cold as the driver is stopping multiple times with out moving for 5-10 minutes at a time. I hate cold food and have now learned to avoid doordash sponsored deliveries. Delivery took 1 hour for no reason.

Im a regular here and I happened to stop by this evening. I ordered a macaroni and didn’t get any cheese :( I was extremely disappointed to find this once I got home. It was a pointless buy.

We just moved near here a few hours ago. We thought we would order some noodles and company. It was a half hour prior to closing so as I have worked in this kind of industry I understand wanting to close and get out. Teri was working on December 21st at 8:20pm. I was unfamiliar with the place. She was very rude and her customer service was terrible. Very unfortunate behalf of this was over a $50 order and we/my significant other/his bestfriend become regulars.

Employee at the front counter seemed slow , had a major issue just adding in extra sauce on the order , cook was really crabby looking at us with the side eye , a smile would have been nice . The noodles were far too under cooked this time and even when ordering extra sauce the dish was extremely dry and our cheese bread was

It’s much harder to come to this location with kids now that they keep the bathroom locked. I also hate all the unnecessary plastic waste even when dining in.Kid-friendliness: This location is no longer kid friendly now that the bathrooms are locked. There isn’t even a key, so you have to ask a flustered staff member every time the baby needs a diaper change, 4 year old needs help wiping, you need to wash sauce off of them, you need to go back in because they forgot to wash hands, etc. Bathroom accessibility is maybe my number one deciding factor when eating with kids. I don’t choose Noodles without my kids, so I basically don’t come here anymore.Wheelchair accessibility: Not great. Entry doorway is tight, doors not automated, and bathroom doors are locked and not automated.

Kitchen and counter staff was loud, discussing partying and acting like they were at a party which is too bad because the food is good.

I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles for pickup. The default tip was 15%. It's presumptuous to include a tip before I even pick up the food myself. It cost $11.75. It came in a small bowl that was half full, the noodles were dry. Not a good value.
