Avoid Old National Bank at all costs, if you need simple answers calling them on the Phone is a total waste of time....they virtually NEVER answer the phone, no matter what number you call. There Greeting "Your call is Very Important to us" is a lie. Once my CD matures...my funds will be out of that BANK 2 seconds later. I've been in the Branch and there is almost never a Customer in the Bank, so HOW are they too busy to answer the darn phone?

Stay far away from this bank! First I was sitting in the parking lot at 8:45 cause they don’t open until 9 & I wasn’t aware of that, when I walked in at 9:01 I was told I can’t park there to wait until the bank opens. Figured that was extremely odd, second I oppted out of over drafts to prevent my account going negative, well i now have 230 in over draft fees cause the bank continues to take out $7 each day. Stay far away from this bank, the manager needs a lesson on communication skills and this over draft fee is ridiculous! There’s plenty of good credit unions to choose. This bank is no good and if I could rate it negative stars I would gladly do so.

OMFG! Worked with many financial institutions over my fifty years, never have I experienced the ineptitude that I have at this place. Our condo association has banked here for years I guess. Twice in the last twelve months I've been in here to deal with association business and both times the service has been horrible.

I just shut my savings account down at this bank after having it in the same building for 37 years. I started it when it was first national of West Saint Paul, then they moved to anchor Bank, and for the past few months it has been old national bank. Four months ago they started taking five dollars out of my savings account each month for a dormant account. Apparently you are required to remove money from your savings account each month or they will steal five dollars from you. You can deposit, but apparently a bank deposit doesn't count towards a dormant account. When I tried to drive there in person the bank was closed due to weather, even though every other bank in town was open last week. We trust our banks to be depositories of our savings, clearly this one should not be trusted. I'm a big believer in loyalty, but this is just a shameful place to do business. Buyer beware.

I love banking here! I occasionally use the lobby and the staff is always friendly, helpful and you get through quickly. I mostly use the drive up tellers where Meaghan and/or Amanda are always quick with a smile and greet me by name. They are always very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, accurate and prompt with their service getting cars through quickly while still being attentive and friendly. It helps make banking a very pleasant experience and my Chihuahua Gracie loves seeing them too. Thanks for all you do and I have and will continue to recommend Old National Bank to everyone.

My organization banks with Old National (and Anchor). Old National's new mobile platform makes banking easy, and when I need to visit the branch it is always a good experience!

If you are thinking about getting a Home Equity Line of Credit, avoid Old National Bank (#oldnational #oldnationalbank) like the plague. My wife and I are about to start up a home improvement project. So, we want a loan. We don't need a loan...we could pay for the thing with cash. Nevertheless... we want a HELOC. Our 2017 taxes aren't done yet, so the bank asks for our 2016 forms and 2017 W2's and the like. Fair enough. They get them. Then they ask for 2015 forms. What? You couldn't have asked for them all? THEN they start asking about some investments that we haven't had for a year. Didn't you think of asking us to have our investment guy give you a call? And THEN it turns out that they have to thumbs up/thumbs down within 30 days (federal requirement). Did they let anyone know? Hell no. And did our contact at #oldnational know or let US know? Hell no AGAIN. I understand due-diligence. But when you drop the ball so many times, it makes you wonder if you should pull ALL your banking out of the place. Anchor, which was bought out by Old National earlier this year, was a decent LOCAL bank. Old National doesn't really seem to have the customer at the core of their business model. As they say, "#oldnationalbank : Epic Fail".

Today the bank was just closed. No explanation. I drove up to make a deposit, shades closed. Walked around to the door: Locked. When the banks merged, they immediately deleted all the transactional history with the bank, which is necessary and personal information for a multitude of reasons -- it doesn't belong to the bank! I have had rude servicepeople on the phone. I hate that I can't call the person INSIDE THE BANK directly. That's ridiculous. None of this inspires ANY confidence whatsoever. I miss Anchor. I banked there because it was local and the service was top-notch. Beware.

I will be begin the tedious process of changing my several accounts with this bank on tuesday. If it weren't for the holiday weekend I would have done this already.. After finally being able to walk myself through their online banking setup which is a mess and a long way away from being used friendly. I. see multiple overdraft fees when I clearly have.a possitive balance. To me it looks like direct deposit from my job doesn't reflect on my account until the following day. I like to have my money on payday. Unfortunately my wife also has already had to go into the bank and correct mistakes made by the bank and the terrible online banking setup. I warn any new people to stay away and am also curious how many accounts they have already lost because of the many problems they are causing customers. Very dissatisfied and not excited about having to even deal with them on Tuesday..
