Well, I certainly lucked out by having Pace auto give me a quote on fixing a problem I had with my car. The entire experience from beginning to end was professional, clear and transparent. First time customer, and I am VERY impressed!! Jose and his team were fantastic. They were able to solve and resolve why my check engine light/ABS light/ESP lights were all going on intermittently, and today for the first time in 2 YEARS I could drive my car and not have to worry and wonder what was going wrong!!!
Pricing is very fair and everything is well-documented and explained. They came highly recommended by a long-time customer, and I also now highly recommend taking your vehicle to Pace!

It took Pace only 2 days to find what was wrong with my vehicle. When the dealership couldn’t after having the vehicle 4 times. Pace treated me with respect and I’m a woman. Pace was in constant communication with me. Although, Pace is more expensive they are very good. I’d recommend them to family.

Just moved to the area and needed my car looked at and found pace automotive! Jose was so welcoming and looked at my car thoroughly! Gave me a detailed inspection and answered all my questions! Car is running great and appreciated the kind service! Will definitely be back with any of my car needs!

Pace Automotive has been my go-to for gas for years! I love that they’re locally owned and operated, and their staff goes above and beyond. Just yesterday I needed a tire repair, and they went out of their way to get me fixed up and out the door. And Jose the manager is the BEST!!! I highly recommend Pace for a professional and personal experience!!

Showed up late in the day to have a valve stem replaced and without any delay replaced it and had me out of there in less then 5min. Real nice people.

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service that Paces provides. A recent example is an issue I have had with our battery that has been intermittent. The service crew took the time to analyze my problem over multiple visits in the end they guaranteed their warranty and I was given a new battery. Very happy with the service at Paces.

The staff, including Jose, who personally helped me through the process of getting some repairs done for our older car, were amazing, all around. Jose was great at keeping consistent communication about what repairs were needed, advice on what to work on now, or later, and did all the work that was needed in a very short timeline. Having a friendly, customer-committed, and local autoshop to bring our vehicles to is fantastic. I can't say enough great things about Jose and his team - and we will be planning on bringing more of our auto needs for sure to Pace.

I have never had anything less than excellent service with Pace's. They're quick to respond and will call and communicate with you. I switched to them a few years ago because they offered more services than my other mechanic and I've never regretted it. For quick repairs they've usually been able to get me in a lot sooner than when I booked online. I've recommended them to family and friends.

I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was so grateful that they could get me in the same day. Jose offered two inspection options and helped me determine which was better for my needs (the less expensive one). The inspection was timely and while I waited I had a great chat with Jose (the manager) about parenting, college and cars! He was a joy to chat with. Both Jose and their mechanic Andrew were extremely helpful with explaining the findings, providing a quote for services recommended, and making me feel very comfortable with moving ahead with the purchase of this vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Even though I live 35 minutes away, I will bring this vehicle back to them for future services! Highly recommend!

Brought in my Jeep Sahara to Pace Automotive to get fixed on several issues, was promptly greeted with kindness and full attention to my situation. Left the vehicle overnight and had a full diagnostic of what was going on the following day. They were efficient and very professional on top of been courteous, will definitely bring back my vehicles to get serviced at Pace.
