“Lori was great at helping me find a harness for my dog! My dog can be difficult and we have been searching for a good harness that he can’t escape out of. She found the perfect fit even when my dog was not being very cooperative. She is great!”

“This is a wonderful shop with fantastic products. The owner was very helpful and I love that the cat trees are made out of real, repurposed wood rather than the cheap particle board most cat trees are made out of. Best of all, my cats love it and hopped up the moment I set their new cat tree down!”
“People there are welcoming and kind, making sure your animal has all of its needs met and more. We have a chihuahua and she wasn't eating. I went to the store and had a long conversation with an employee there on options. We were able to get the doggie to eat again based on their recommendations. Warm rice and a little cheese.”

“Recently, this pet supplies store is under new ownership and it has definitely changed for the better. The shelves are fully stocked and the store was neat and clean. Not only those improvements but the two new owners, Zach and Thad, were actually unloading boxes and working hard themselves, which I found impressive. I had an issue with the online loyalty program not working correctly (from previous ownership), they immediately made it right. Excellent customer service. Definitely highly recommend this Pet Supplies Plus.”

“I have never been to this particular Chuck and Don’s for pet grooming. But, thought I’d give it a try. Sally was fabulous! She carefully listened to everything I asked her to do and she also cleaned our dogs teeth better than anyone else has ever done. We made two new appointments immediately so that we could get on her schedule. She is very popular for a good reason! Would highly recommend.”

“I have used the Barf Diest Patties exclusively for my 4 Engish Labrador retievers for the past six years and I couldn't be more satisfied. My older yellow that had constant ear infections, hot spots, and allergies has completely recovered. And my youngest chocolate and 5 year old black male constantly get complements on how shiney their coats are and how white their teeth are. As far as performance in the field, my female chocolate lab Kayla has consistent energy and is at her perfect weight. With all the Cancer that is so prevalent in young dogs these days, I know one thing...it comes down to proper nutrition and limited vacinations. I'll be a lifelong customer and will be getting the next female Nani a English/British fox-red started as soon as we bring her home at 8 weeks.”

12-7-25 Well second time is a charm they say and it was. Thought my second trip was gonna be a bummer, but then an Angel Appeared out of the back and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her what I needed, and showed her what it looked like from the Pet Supplies Plus App I have, and she went right to it!! I was so happy and relieved that I was getting what I came for!! The first gal that I asked which was the cashier, she thought it was out of stock. But, the brand I was looking for happened to be in two spots. Maybe she was new??? Anyway Mission Accomplished!! Great Prices and had a coupon from the store that they texted me!! Thank U Pet Supplies Plus!!”

“I ordered curbside pickup because I am injured and cannot walk well and have a torn rotator cuff so carrying a large bag of food would be rather difficult for me at this time. When I arrived at the Roseville location I opened the petco app and hit the “I’m here” button and it said someone would be right out with my order. No one came out .. after 10 minutes I attempted to call the store and I got a prerecorded message saying the store was closed at this time, even though it clearly was not - it was 8 they closed at 9 and there were still other customers going in and out of the store with purchases. I looked the phone number up just to double check I had the correct store and called again same thing. After 25 minutes I made my way inside and a girl was standing there doing nothing right by the front entrance and I explained my situation. Her response was “well the app doesn’t work to notify us you have to call”. I told her I did and that it said they were closed. She didn’t have any idea what to say … she went to get my order and another woman walked up and asked if I had been helped and before I could even respond she was gone. The girl came back with the order so much as threw the large bag of food and other item I had purchased at me and said “here ya go”. Not can I help you to the car.. not do you need help carrying this… not can I get you a cart even!! She literally stood and watched as I limped out of the store barely hanging into the bag of dog food. Some people are Absolutely not fit for customer service or even jobs with the general public at all. She was one of those people. I will not go back and I will drive to a further away location to make sure I don’t run into her again. Ridiculous!!!!”
