“Lori was great at helping me find a harness for my dog! My dog can be difficult and we have been searching for a good harness that he can’t escape out of. She found the perfect fit even when my dog was not being very cooperative. She is great!”

“This is a wonderful shop with fantastic products. The owner was very helpful and I love that the cat trees are made out of real, repurposed wood rather than the cheap particle board most cat trees are made out of. Best of all, my cats love it and hopped up the moment I set their new cat tree down!”
“Absolutely love this place. Moved to our home two years ago which took us further away from our usual pet store (Urban Tails) and we were so happy to find a new store to call our pet store with Pet Supplies Plus. Always friendly staff, clean, well-stocked, helpful. Bonus! They have a walk-in nail trim service Sundays 4-6pm that is awesome. Devin (sp?) got right down on the floor with me and worked magic on my two large Labradors -- one of whom does not really like nail trims much. So thankful that I was able to find a more local place to do this for our pups.”

I went to Bachmans earlier in the day and they were actually selling a bunch of dying carnivorous plants and had either no idea or didn’t care when I pointed it out- some of these plants were $80. Just crazy!”

“Recently, this pet supplies store is under new ownership and it has definitely changed for the better. The shelves are fully stocked and the store was neat and clean. Not only those improvements but the two new owners, Zach and Thad, were actually unloading boxes and working hard themselves, which I found impressive. I had an issue with the online loyalty program not working correctly (from previous ownership), they immediately made it right. Excellent customer service. Definitely highly recommend this Pet Supplies Plus.”

“I have never been to this particular Chuck and Don’s for pet grooming. But, thought I’d give it a try. Sally was fabulous! She carefully listened to everything I asked her to do and she also cleaned our dogs teeth better than anyone else has ever done. We made two new appointments immediately so that we could get on her schedule. She is very popular for a good reason! Would highly recommend.”
“I have used the Barf Diest Patties exclusively for my 4 Engish Labrador retievers for the past six years and I couldn't be more satisfied. My older yellow that had constant ear infections, hot spots, and allergies has completely recovered. And my youngest chocolate and 5 year old black male constantly get complements on how shiney their coats are and how white their teeth are. As far as performance in the field, my female chocolate lab Kayla has consistent energy and is at her perfect weight. With all the Cancer that is so prevalent in young dogs these days, I know one thing...it comes down to proper nutrition and limited vacinations. I'll be a lifelong customer and will be getting the next female Nani a English/British fox-red started as soon as we bring her home at 8 weeks.”

The Vitamin Shoppe is a reliable resource for me for my nutritional supplement, vitamin, and mineral needs! The online ordering process seems to work rather well. One critique of the online ordering process would be that I do not seem to receive any confirmation e-mail of my purchase from The Vitamin Shoppe, or from PayPal, when using PayPal as the online payment; until after I have picked up my purchase. Once I have picked up the purchase, then I get an e-mail from The Vitamin Shoppe for the purchase. That seems a bit out-of-order, as I would expect to have some electronic receipt to present to The Vitamin Shoppe at which I pick up the items I purchased online.
That lack of an immediate electronic receipt critique aside, The Vitamin Shoppe remains a great resource for many good products to help maintain health and vitality.
The personnel at The Vitamin Shoppes of St. Cloud, MN; Edina, MN (6996 France Ave.); and Maplewood, MN (1987 County Rd. D); have all been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in fulfilling product purchases and giving suggestions on new or trusted products!

12-7-25 Well second time is a charm they say and it was. Thought my second trip was gonna be a bummer, but then an Angel Appeared out of the back and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her what I needed, and showed her what it looked like from the Pet Supplies Plus App I have, and she went right to it!! I was so happy and relieved that I was getting what I came for!! The first gal that I asked which was the cashier, she thought it was out of stock. But, the brand I was looking for happened to be in two spots. Maybe she was new??? Anyway Mission Accomplished!! “The woman running the front end, not sure her name, but shorter with a slick back ponytail was so sweet and friendly. She really made the trip feel less like a chore. She was interacting with the pets of the customers in front of me in line and thanked me for coming in. It's the small things that make you pick a chain location and she does them.”
