I have gone in a couple times on different occasions but whenever the cashier Eddie is checking out my items. he takes a long time because he starts texting on his phone ! i honestly don’t care if employees are on their phones while working but if you are a cashier you should be focusing on the customer while you are checking their items out not stopping to go on your phone. he kept asking me the same questions multiple times because he didn’t pay attention when i answered since he’d ask a question then start texting …. he made the whole process take wayyy longer than it should have ,simply because he can’t be away from his phone for 2 minutes. he needs to be retrained or fired, that is so unprofessional

Lori was great at helping me find a harness for my dog! My dog can be difficult and we have been searching for a good harness that he can’t escape out of. She found the perfect fit even when my dog was not being very cooperative. She is great!

They never carry Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Fowl Ball in the 6 ounce cans anymore. This is very disappointing.

have been coming here for years and their grooming salon service quality has gone down significantly. There’s a rude older lady who seems like she could care less about helping anyone or doing her job. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Best dog grooming and great customer service. My dog hates to have his nails done... I've taken him other places where they end up telling me they weren't able to get it done completely... never seems to be a problem here. The deshedding bath and brush out makes such a huge difference!
This last visit, I was trying to get my dog in before a family vacation and they were fully booked, but put me on a cancelation list. Sure enough, they followed up on it like they said and got us in... plus they did an amazing job!
