I received a notice that my unit rent was going to increase. I called and spoke to the property manager this morning and she reacted out to the corporate office to see if my rent increase can be delayed. She called me back and reported the rent increase was delayed for several months. This was such prompt service and much appreciated!

Don’t trust them with your stuff!!!
They sold my items for being 2 months late on rent. We signed up for $70 a month and ended up paying $150 a month.

If you have the unfortunate luck to deal with Heidi from this public storage location you will be disappointed with the customer service, very rude and talked about other customers with a negative attitude and derogatory words, Hedi will not give you a code and force you to wait on her time causing you to lose about 2 hours out of your day just sitting around and waiting, DO NOT BUY A UNIT HERE

Heidi was who helped us. She was VERY good with explaining everything to us. She was up front with all the rules which was good to know ahead of time since all places are different. She was very helpful and also respectful! I absolutely LOVED her personality as well. I would definitely purchase another unit here any day! Thank you for everything Heidi!!
