Needs to be better organized it's too many rounders in there so it's too many clothes need to have a lot of old winter clothes on sale need more space it's like a fire hazard you can't move you can't walk around need a better vendor like the clothes looks like kitty clothes and office and church clothes need more fun clothes yeah

This shop is so disorganized that the own manager doesn’t know the prices of their own items. You pick up an item that’s discounted and they tell you they can’t sell it to you at that price.

Me and my daughter went into the west Saint Paul Rainbow clothing store in regards to a question on how to obtain the balance on a gift card that I received as a gift. There was no one at the front counter just a man sitting into of the store in a high chair. I asked him if there was anyone that could help at the register he proceeded to walk towards the register before he got to the back the lady ended coming from the back of the store. I said hello she said nothing back. I proceeded to ask her if there was a way to check the balance on a gift card she rudely said no call customer service. I then said okay if there anyway I can get customer services number. She responded in a very highly rude tone a “ Google It”. I ended up calling the Saint Paul Sunday location and was agreed with outstanding customer service and also given the information that I could not find on google. I don’t recommend this store to no one very rude and nasty customer service.

Was at this store 15 minutes after it opened had to call the store to find out when the doors would be unlocked. when the associate answered she said she doesn't know maybe in an hour she's short staffed. I could clearly see that she was at the counter. She said she put a sign out. This is the third time I've come here when the store says it's open and it hasn't been. If you simply adjusted your store hours you might still have a customer today.

The way this place makes money is a scam. They will mark items down by $1 or $2 in order to say they are on “clearance” and nonrefundable. They don’t have fitting rooms to try anything on, so you are forced to buy clothes you can’t fit or won’t wear. Definitely not coming here again.

They do not close at 7pm! Walked in at 645 to quickly grab a tank top and was turned away!!!!!! Poor customer service
