I am a first time SW customer, and was wanting to get a gallon of paint to do some minor touch ups around a condo I bought years ago, and I didn't want to go the route of painting the entire unit as I loved the original color. But since I didn't know the color or brand of paint used by the previous owners; I had heard good things online about SW's expertise in color matching. So I decided to take a chance by going in with a swatch of drywall that I cut out, and took in.
Evan was so helpful in helping me selecting the right paint (I also needed to cover up some minor water spots/damage on one single wall from an overflow from a neighbor above me the year prior), and the paint that he helped me select suited the bill. I was also SUPER impressed with how dead-on the color match was. I went in with expectations it would be somewhat close, but whatever wizardry you guys have in terms of color matching technology in the back, it blows me away. I will be returning in the future. Evan was really friendly and helpful. He helped us select the right paint to use and got it mixed for us while we went to lunch. When we came back everything was ready and even with a line of 2-3 people, he was able to get us on our way while not ignoring other people.
SW paint is my preferred paint anyway. It is high quality and a price range that allows for various budgets.

The folks at this store really saved me by creating the PERFECT paint color match!
I came in on 9/12 - nearly in tears - because I messed up a wall that I was NOT supposed to damage by using an adhesive that wasn't wall-safe. When I removed the adhesive dots, the paint came with it.
Due to my panic, I wasn't able to pull a very good chip of the paint to bring in, and could only bring what was still stuck to my glue dot. The color was only really visible on a sliver of a chip that was sticking out from under the dot.
The store associate (I wish I'd have caught his name because I'd reference him specifically) helped me match the color and was so kind and patient with me - even when I brought in the most annoying possible paint swatch to work with haha. He even had me look at preliminary samples to see if the color he brewed was meeting the hue I needed.
I covered the damaged spots with the paint and it is SO hard to tell where the damage once was. The color matches perfectly and I am forever grateful for Sherwin-Williams for rescuing me from this mishap!
15/5 stars and I would absolutely recommend!!

For a paint store, you’d think they have paint in stock. I’m a home remodeler and I’ve come to this store a lot. This time, they didnt have the 5-gallon bucket available so they want to sell me 5 individual gallon buckets. I ask for the discounted price you get when you buy 5-gallon bucket versus by the gallon, and employee pushes back saying “its not that much more expensive to buy the individual gallons anyway”. Great service right? So not only do I not get the product I want, but I also am paying more for it. I really don’t know why I come here.

Ashley M. was great. She could have easily said that they could not pull up a job from 10+ years ago. Instead, she got some help and they were able to find the job. It helped me so much in getting the right color to match the exterior color of my house. I really appreciate it.
